Ordered $55 dollars worth of food and in our order we received bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. So I call them to let them know that there was a mistake and see what we could to make this right. & was met with a VERY RUDE manager who didn’t seem to care at all & was told too bad. Then proceeded to call me a liar when I described the delivery driver. I will NEVER bring my bussiness here again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Normally love coming here. Customer service has gotten worse and worse. Waited for an hour for pizza. 40 minutes past the pickup time for 3 pizzas. And 1 was just a cheese and the other a pepperoni. There was one pizza with multiple ingredients on it. Worker complaining about being behind yet had the time to stop to complain to the delivery driver. Refused to give her name which originally we were just going to call and see why she was having to work a holiday herself but she just kept going above and beyond for being rude so now we will be calling to complain about her. Pathetic. Get a new job.

I ordered two personal pan pizzas from here earlier. My husband picked it up and ate his before I came home. He threw it back up. When I got home and looked at mine, it was super thick and doughy. I worked for Pizza Hut for about a year and have never seen a personal pan that thick. It looks like it wasn’t put through the oven appropriately. Really frustrating and a waste of money.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. They failed to deliver my correct order and refuse to deliver the rest of my items in a timely manner and refuse to refund the order. Their incompetence will blamed on you and will become your problem. Order your pizza somewhere else. No accountability by the manager of this store.

Went to pick up pizza, was told it wasn’t ready, sat around for another 10 minutes when they asked my name again, turned out the pizza sitting in the heater was mine the whole time. Got the pizza and it was really roughly made. I understand why this location is rated so poorly

Ordered 2 pizzas nearly the same, one stuffed crust and a couple extra toppings…didn’t put any sauce on one of my pizzas or if they did it’s not enough to mention, check out the pic u can clearly see one piece from the other pizza has sauce and the other stinks…would call but after reading all the reviews that said customer service is bad I figure all I’d get is attitude and maybe spit in food if I insist on a replacement
