As delicious as they are they lost a customer … I just use Uber eats to order – the fact they are now charging $10 for a takeout fee is ridiculous. I was so craving them. But really a $15 burger is now a $25 burger? My order came up to $35 and I was like what? Plus tax. Plus tip! That fee doesn’t even go to the Uber driver and they call it a delivery fee. Very disappointing. I remebered i paid it last time and was disappointed w my burger. Don’t take advantage just cuz your burgers are good. I’m sure many have swiped left basically and ordered a burger elsewhere because of that fee. You’d have so much more biz. No way I’m paying $35 for burger and fries plus 20% tip. That’s literally a $45 / $50 order for a burger and fry – rip-off . You’re good but not $50 for one burger and fry good.

I came in on a weekday with my boyfriend to check out their veggie burger. We ended up getting the Veggie Burger and the California Chicken Pita Wrap. The Veggie Burger was really well priced at $7 especially since it was absolutely delicious (though it killed me a little that it didn’t come with fries). The Chicken Pita Wrap had an awesome assortment of flavors but was not well assembled so it became literally impossible to eat. We ended up eating it with a fork which made me feel like I wasted food by even ordering the pita.

We went to the one located in Westchester. This place is fo a quick tasty eat. The staff is super friendly and accommodating; something really hard to find in Miami. The food was great, I tried the TostoneBurger, I was afraid the toston was going to be hard to chew but not at all.. my hubby had a the steak and shrimp Pincho salad because he was on a diet :/ and he love it too.

PSA: I never post reviews but the service and quality of food was so atrocious that I felt it was my civic duty to any other patrons/victims who enter this abhorrent establishment. Do not waste your time or money. The food that wasn’t missing from our order was what seemed like 3 day old food and was not edible. The food that was missing was never found, nor refunded, because they put us on hold for 20 minutes and then proceeded to hang up on us every time we tried to call back. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
