We just moved to Kyle and this was our first visit to Marco’s Pizza. We arrive d close to 2 PM on a Monday. We were the only ones there during our visit other than employees. We ordered a Medium Deluxe pizza, but they did not have unsweetened tea which is what we usually drink so we said we would just have a glass of water. We didn’t know that he was charging us for 2 Aquafina bottles. I feel he should’ve let us know how much the water was going to be and let us decide on a beverage rather than just rang up two of them . I told the cashier that I didn’t have any intention of buying 2 bottles of water, he just said “sorry about that”. The pizza was brought to us in a box with no silverware. Of course, it’s very hot when it first comes out of the oven. First I want to say that it really is not an indoor dining experience, except that they give you a table and chair to use. Second, although I did like the dough/crust, I do not like canned mushrooms on my pizza. Actually, I don’t want anything from a can on my pizza. The pizza really wasn’t bad, I would ask for light sauce and extra cheese if there is a next time because I felt there was more sauce (watery, flavorless canned tasting sauce) than cheese and I would just get it to go. Apparently, there are discounts available for ordering online. The pizza was not cut evenly so we had two giant pieces and of course no knife to cut it with. We ate the smaller pieces and took the bigger pieces home.

We used a coupon on the app and it was an easy process, the food was ready very, very quickly. It took about 9 minutes from the time we placed our order online to pickup. We got a 2 topping XL pizza and an order of cheesy bread, and both dishes were phenomenal. Only thing I would say is the dipping sauces could have been a little bigger for the amount of food, but it was overall a fantastic lunch.

Polite staff. We went there for a sit-down lunch, but it seems to be a mostly”take out”place. We ordered a small pizza. Grabbed a bottle of Pepsi to share. No cups, no straws. Pizza was adequate.

Went in with a couple of coworkers and I work across from them. The young lady that was helping us I want to say props to her, she is amazing!! She seemed overwhelmed since she was answering calls, preparing the food, cashing out the customers and so forth. I feel like they were short staff and she seemed to be doing a lot. The other 2 ppl were busy but not really engaging with the customers or helping her. There were customers coming in just rude towards her but she stayed professional. This young lady worries me that other things could be going on and then the lack of help is vey stressful. Thank You to her she made our day and was so kind and just very short on words. I want Marcos Pizza to know that she is GOLD.

So sweet! They let us have a free pizza because we wanted our pizza cut into squares and they didn’t do that so they gave us a free pizza and gave us another cut into squares! So sweet! Highly recommend! 🙂

Stopped in Saturday afternoon (after taking my daughter next door to try Pho and she didn’t like it). I grabbed some quick cheesy bread. The service was superb! I think her name was Tarrah. She was sweet, polite, friendly, and she wished me a happy mother’s day. The cheesy bread came out quickly and the customer service continued to be well above average! My hungry, picky daughter was happy, and so was i!
