I am beyond grateful to have worked at the Trail Lake subway for a little while. I had a wonderful manager who I won’t name publicly, but I want her to know she is appreciated. I usually worked alone but when I got to work with my coworkers I had a great time. The people were almost always friendly and everyone else on the team really does care about the quality of the food and customer service so make sure to stop in and say hi! Also fill out the survey on your receipt for free cookies! Leave a good tip! Cheers!

I highly recommend coming to this subway! I just received the best customer service I ever had at a subway. I had a very nice lady help me with my order. She takes pride in her job and it shows. I ordered a sandwich with one half different than the other and she offered to wrap it separately. My kids wanted chocolate cookies and I didn’t see any in the case so I asked her and she got me fresh ones that were just made. You can tell she goes above and beyond at her job and she does it with a smile on her face and a great attitude! I wish I got her name but this location is lucky to have such a great employee who cares about their job!!

The sandwich was good but I admit I should have went at a better time. I had the ultimate B.M.T. and it was during lunch rush so I wasn’t the only person who had Subway on my mind. There were two employees but I believe one was a manager or supervisor. The other one appeared to be younger in age, and I think her base said “Tasha.” One thing I noticed she kept doing was rolling her eyes at the customers. She didn’t do it during my transaction but I observed her doing it to others. She’s young so she has time to grow up and mature for the job she was hired for. Other than her behavior, no complaints about the experience. I should have taken a photo of her to put on here.

Went to get three 6 inch subs. After waiting on a huge order in front of me the only lady working there tells the door dash guy who came in after me she has to make mine but and it’s a big but. She finds out I need three 6inch sandwiches. She knows I’m in a time crunch. Says sorry I have to do door dash order first. I had run out of time to wait. Waited 15 minutes on order in front of me already. Walked out disappointed and total waist of time. 4/6/2023. Won’t go there ever again.

Went here tonight a bit before closing and I felt bad because everything looked really nice and clean. But the two workers met me with amazing attitudes and happiness that radiates into the entire room. Their manager came in for a bit and was making sure other customers and her employees were doing okay and you could tell she genuinely cared. Great atmosphere, and wonderful job to the nice woman who made my sandwich. She made the whole experience so great, I left feeling so happy because she had such a great attitude. On top of that, she made a beautiful masterpiece of a sandwich as well.

Why have business hours posted if you’re not going to actually be open during those hours? I realize it is 10 minutes until closing time, but the food was already put away, the area cleaned and the cash register closed out. The workers said they were closed.. At least lock the door so people don’t have to walk in and be turned away. If you don’t want to be open until 9, don’t post that as closing time.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a sandwich meal on the app. When I got there all they handed me was the sandwich and I told the 2 ladies there I ordered a meal, I didn’t get her name but VERY rudely she said “Nuh uh! No ma’am! Look ar your receipt” so I stepped to the side to check my order on the app and the other girl comes up points at the receipt again “See! You didn’t order a drink.” I politely responded “I know I’m just checking the app to be sure.” “Must be a glitch but you obviously didn’t. You can buy one” The app wasn’t pulling up and I was getting a bit annoyed they kept heckling me about the receipt. As I walked out, they kept talking about it “You weren’t charged for one so I don’t see the problem” it’s not the fact that I was charged for it, they never gave me the chance to check my mistake, they kept pestering me saying I was wrong. What kind of customer service is that? Plus the bread was hard and chewy, probably a day old.

I must say that the manager or assistant manager that work that afternoon was very rude and disrespectful to a woman who was before me. She asked for more olives on a BLT for her vegetable she refused to give her more olives in replace of anything and told the lady she needed to leave you are very rude and disrespectful cuz that lady the lady even informed her I will pay extra that’s not a problem but she still said I’m not giving you a hand full of black olives . I’m just not going to do it. The manager or assistant manager that was there was very very unprofessional.

Ordered 3 chicken, bacon Ranch sandwiches and none had bacon on them. The chicken didn’t taste good. It was shredded chicken instead of the cubed that is usually used. This is the second time bacon was left off. Try a different subway this one isn’t good.
