Our first time ever at a Panda Express so we weren’t sure what to expect. The prices are reasonable and the service was good. Some of the food was great (kung pao chicken, orange chicken) and some of it wasn’t (rice, chow mein, spring rolls). Doubt we will be back.

So sick of the terrible customer at this place. How hard is it to put soy sauce in the bag when its requested? Every single time we come through and we ask it never makes it to the bag. Not everyone just keeps soy sauce at home. We get home and of course its not in there so now we get to go back out. You also need to train your employees on how to put the same amount of food in each time. Portion sizes drastically change from employee to employee. In the past we have ordered a bigger plate and a platter and when we dumped the small portion, in the red box, onto the bigger plate, it was still the same amount of the platter. Then sometimes it’s overloaded. Everyone has bad days but it’s every time we come here. The constant carelessness and incompetence is inexcusable.

A shame I couldn’t give this place 0 stars. The past 3 times we’ve ordered take out here something has always been wrong. This time will be the last! Food was mismatched, under cooked and had sit so long it was cold. When I called to speak with the manager was given nearly every BS excuse they could come up with. Then offered a free plate of food to make up for the $50 order of ruined food I wouldn’t feed my dogs. I understand that it’s getting hard to find good help nowadays but this ridiculous.

We had a very large (15 orders!)to go order right before closing and they had it ready right on time. They had labeled the top of each container and packed all the sauce, napkins and cutlery ahead for me. The staff thanked me for giving lots of notice on my order. The food was fresh and hot! We will definitely come back when our basketball team plays at Ohio Christian again.

The order clearly states veggie spring rolls, yet an hour and a half after placing the order, I still didn’t get them. Tried to call the restaurant, only to find nobody can answer the phone. Also, requested chop sticks, didn’t get those either. The food is almost ice cold by the time it got here because the Grubhub driver lives 30 miles away…. this is by far the WORST experience I’ve had dealing with a Panda Express.

Eeek, really, REALLY dried up chicken I get that later in the day that will happen, but when you over pay for food, it should be 100% edible. Staff was nice, the restaurant was totally bare, empty space.. 7:30 pm on a Friday even.. “Change the chicken and they will come!”

When we got there we were told the small size was all we could get and on top of that there was no soy sauce or any condiments and my walnut shrimp had hardly any brown rice in it it was a huge waste of 35 + dollars worth of food I’m extremely disappointed -5 ⭐

Horrible operationally. Online order for 11:30am, still waiting 20 minutes later. No sense of urgency, food is still being cooked to fill the woks. Needs new management. Feel sorry for the crew.
