I recently visited Red Tail Bar & Grill with my family before seeing a cover band, and it was an amazing experience. I ordered the sage pork tenderloin, and it was cooked to perfection with a delicious flavor that left me wanting more.

LUXURIOUSLY SIMPLIFIED!!!! That is how I would describe the burger. If you really love a simple delicious burger that looks, taste, and feels luxurious then this place is it. Ridiculously salivating. The butter bun is chard to perfect like the burger to give you the best combo of bite resistance paired with soft and juicy bun and burger. The garlic aioli adds to the experience and matches the greatness with just perfect crispy fresh lettuce, tomato and bacon! The sharp cheddar cheese was perfection since it was overly rich. JUST A DAMN GOOD BURGER!! Do yourself a favor and get the TRUFFLE POTATO WEDGES!!! Oh and please do everyone a favor and give the burger justice…. order it medium rare.. stop eating cardboard when ordering things well done

Went for lunch. Our waitress was so hardworking. The hostess did not stay at the reception area and people just started seating themselves causing chaos for the wait staff. The food was good. The wait staff were trying their best to make everyone happy. Will try the restaurant again for dinner.

A co-worker and I spent the weekend at the Singing Hills Resort … the last time we were here (7yrs ago), it was the Sycuan Resort. We returned to play golf on the Oak Glen and Willow Glen courses as well as Cottonwood nearby. We ended up having three meals at the Red Tail Bar & Grill; breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We absolutely loved everything about our experience we were staying on the grounds and we had coffee every morning there and at least lunch or dinner or drinks in the evening. We absolutely loved the morning staff that served as coffee. And the awesome bartenders in the evening

We eat here often as it’s a favorite of some of our family. The setting is a resort so it’s very nice. Old trees, tons of flowery landscaping, green, lush, beautiful. The service is predominately strong. Almost always friendly and reasonably attentive, but at times slower than it should be. The food is as bit pricey, but I’ve tried many things on the menu and I’ve enjoyed them all.

We called a day in advance because we had a large group and did not want to overwhelm the restaurant. The manager was less than helpful in trying to making any kind of advance accommodations because “regulars” (side note, there was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived). Our group arrived over the course of an hour plus; we separated ourselves into normal-sizes of tables for service, and let the servers know that food could come out as ready, that we didn’t need to eat as one group. We understand when feeding a large group it’s difficult on the kitchen. Sadly had the manager had any forethought, we could have helped alleviate this but they refused to coordinate. Our group does this regularly for our charity motorcycle ride, and we routinely work with restaurants on the best ways to feed the large group in a timely manner – such as offering a limited menu, placing our orders in advance of our arrival, etc. Again, management wouldn’t even engage in these conversations with us.

Sadly this experience was the absolute disappointment of our weekend. We were so excited to come over from the casino for their Friday night BBQ and music series. We had the most terrible service. We waited for over 30 minutes for waters and to have our 2 bottles of wine opened. We were told it was $25.00 corkage fee that we agreed to that but our server couldn’t find an opener then when he did dropped it on our table for us to open own wine. (At $25 a bottle??!)
