Menu says the strips come sauce on the side and they were sauced. That’s not a problem until it’s a delivery order for a kid. Produce the food as described by your menu, please. And, at that, the sauce was all over the fries, strips, and the whole container while the sauced wings (2 separate items) had barely any sauce on them at all.

Waited to long for food to come out 30 minutes after I got text stating it would be out shortly. I had to get out and go in to see my food just sitting on the rack getting cold. Chicken was cold, fries was soggy and all my drinks were flat, Coke, Dr. Pepper, and both Sprites. This was a disappointment being it was my first time eating there.

Ordered online for lunch at work. Arrived earlier than my pick up time but checked in anyway. 15 minutes after my pick up time I was still waiting so I went inside. I was greeted but then was told they couldn’t find my order. Another customer found it. I taste my food and was disappointed. Flavorless, bland chicken even with the sauce and my fries were hot and soggy. I had to add seasoning to my chicken when i got back to work. Won’t be back

A picture wouldn’t show anything noteworthy. I read the reviews and they were 50/50, which was enough for me to chance it. The wings were good, about a B+. The fries were soggy but tasted ok — A solid C. The ranch was super watery and just ran off the food — a D+. But for 8 wings + fries at $10 in 10mins, really close to the house, I’d may do it again. Ordering through Google was easy and I had a smooth, fast contactless curbside pickup. Make no mistake though, it’s just Chili’s bar wings. I ate the whole thing.

I try not to post bad reviews. I just get mad I wasted money and don’t eat at the place anymore. But I am so tired of people messing up something as simple as wings. Season them, fry them and toss them in sauce. I ordered smoked garlic parmesan and they were breaded and tossed which equals soggy. And I’ve had garlic parmesan and that was not garlic parmesan and they barely had sauce. I also ordered smoked teriyaki Hawaiian or whatever it was called and I expected more flavor. The wings were soft. Like they were cooked in an air fryer soft. Uncomfortably soft. And OMG those curly fries were also soggy. It’s like they flash fried them. I got excited when I saw this place was by my house, the pictures online looked good, and also that the side was curly fries but my $20 went down the drain cause I didn’t even eat those so called “garlic parmesan”. If your reading this your better off making your own wings at home.
