I want to give a huge shout out to Melinda (possibly/most likely the manager?) I ordered a meal last week and my boyfriend brought it home and it was wrong (things happen) I called and explained it and Melinda didn’t ask any questions about what my meal was.. she just said we have you covered for 30 free wings on us whenever. I thought that was so kind of her to do. I called tonight to place my order and talked to her again & not only did she give us the 30 wings, she included a large fry & carrots as well. This is the best customer service I have honestly had at any place EVER and it goes to show she cares about her customers. Big shout out to her! 100% will be ordering from this location only for now on, because of her!

Just picked up a phone order and it was incorrect. Not all of it but enough to be upsetting. Ordered boneless and got bone in. Asked for voodoo fries. Got regular asked for honey BBQ sauce and got hot honey BBQ. My kid doesn’t eat spicy chicken. Now I have to cook something when I thought I could just hit that easy button and go home. Why offer options if you won’t or don’t provide them.

Super rude employees. We stopped by to place an order for tonight’s football game. The order taker was very rude. He said it was going to be about 45 minutes… which is not a problem, but my husband called me to make sure. He over heard my husband say hopefully it would go faster and the order taker said “oops… wait time just went up to an hour.”
