Service is terrible. The girl that took my order had a horrible attitude. When working in customer service you need to better represent yourself. Smile. You never know whoms order you will be taking, they could possibly be the next job you put an application with. Keep that in mind.

Everytime I come to this location , I asked for a beverage the same way I order in any other location. And it’s always wrong. They remake it and still miss the other add ons that I pay for . I’m not quite sure why it’s complicated in this location to get the order correct and when I ask to fix it she laughs . And it’s the same employee each time .

For starters the manager didn’t seem to have a good handle on her employees or product leaving the counter, not to mention she herself messed up on 2 orders I witnessed and did nothing to correct the mistake. Sad to see a Starbucks run so poorly. Too many staff not enough attention to detail.

Located inside Kroger service at this Starbucks was terrible. When my husband asked for his coffee to be reheated because he felt like it wasn’t hot enough, we got indignant and hostile responses from the 2 ladies working there. He asked, can’t you just heat it up or just give us another one with less cream so he can have a hot cup of coffee. She said I’ll have to charge you for it. One of the ladies disposition was downright rude the entire time with her arms folded and an angry facial expression. Anyway we just got our money back because we were UNWELCOMED.

I have watched this young lady run around with her head cut off every morning. She is super friendly And seems to be a hard worker. This morning there was a lady ahead of us and I couldn’t quite make out what was happening but it turns out the woman was belittling the girl.
