What a wonderful evening!! I’ve been here for lunch and loved the fun flavors, but dinner is a totally new experience!! The GM is so incredible and hospitable, the wait staff are so kind and helpful, and the meal was delicious! I wish I could have gotten a picture of the entrees but we ate them so fast!!

Entry way is very inviting. Our server/hostess, Bailey, was phenomenal. She was very attentive. We were there for my sister birthday lunch, and she made sure they sang happy birthday. Had delicious bread putting with a candle. It was awesome!

My steak was really dry not sure what the three sauces they give you with it but that wasn’t good either. The bake potatoe was also dry and plain with cheese and sour cream the pork chop was good but way to thick for a knife to cut through the hospitality was beyond great and our waitress was really nice as well corrected what she could like our app that was served cold and gave us ice for our waters that were served hot with no ice inside cups this was our first time and probably our last bill came to 172 with 20% tip that was one drink an app and 2 entrees

Visit Sunday, 6/4/2023, Birthday celebration (inside seating): I completed a reservation online through Open Table. The host could not find my reservation on her end but she sat my group down without a fuss, which I appreciated. I provided the reservation information after we were seated. This is a great celebration location. The food was delicious and seasoned. My table ordered mainly from the brunch menu: French toast, chicken and waffles, breakfast burger, crab cakes ( omg, more crab than cake..lol), baked potatoe, breakfast potatoes, scramped eggs with cheese. Everyone was so pleased with Cole’s service and the food. The team sang happy birthday with sparklers and presented some bread pudding which was delicious as well. I will definitely be back. I took one star off due to parking. There are like 4 parking spaces in front of restaurant ( 2 handicap). There is parallel parking on the street. There is a few one way streets, which can make circling for parking a little challenging. We parked at the kiddie park that is across the street from the restaurant. Overall this restaurant is definitely a winner! I will try out the lunch/dinner menu next.

Restaurant is beautifully styled and clean. Brunch was delicious and portions were a nice size. Our waiter, Reese, was personable and very quick to keep our drinks filled. Service and food was excellent. We’ll definitely be back again!

Had a business lunch here and was not disappointed. Great ambiance, vibrant but quiet enough to talk to the people around you. The food was excellent, I had Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and it was fresh and flavorful. Best part was the service. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Overall it was an awesome experience and I will be back again!

The new management at One Thirteen has really improved upon the hospitality as well as the quality and taste of the food. Orlando made us feel extremely welcome. Luke was an excellent and attentive server. My husband had the steak burger and I had the salmon. Both were cooked to preferred temp and delicious. If you haven’t been to One Thirteen in a while I encourage you to try it out again.

The restaurant looks great. The menu sounds good. The chef could not live up to the expectation. The portobello omelet sounds great but over cooked eggs, with over cooked mushrooms made for a dry omelet. The baked macaroni was a let down as well. Two friends had the shrimp and grits and both thought is was excellent.
