I haven’t had a problem with their pizzas and other hot items, but their salads at this location consistently lack in quality compared to other Imos restaurants I have been to. They serve out mostly the low quality part of the lettuce. Lot of white, little amount of green leaves. And today I had a lot of it have browning due to age. I do not know why only this location has this problem.

Pizza keeps showing up cold. Manager explained that they make pizzas as soon as they are ordered and if it takes 90 minutes for a driver to deliver that pizzas will just have to sit for 70 minutes. On top of that he was extremely rude.

Extremely quick delivery service on a Saturday. I’m not a fan of Provel, so I tried the pasta and found that it’s a good alternative for those of us that don’t vibe with the pizza. Friend that had the pizza said it was great.

We ordered a meatball sandwich among other menu items and did not receive it. We got home and realized it and tried to call to see if they could deliver it and it was impossyto get thru. They did not answer the phone for 45 minutes and we gave up. We will not go back here ever!

Coming from east coast, specifically from the “city of brotherly love”…. I thought this place was quite welcoming, for 1. Service was immediate and courteous. Food was excellent, well seasoned. The location itself was quite clean & inviting. I’m planning to visit here again before I head back home.

Trash. Service was terrible. Told us they were out of plates but nobody was dining in. 1/19/22 Soda fountain was gross and mostly carbonation. Garlic cheese bread was uncooked and soggy along with having slices of cheese sitting on top slightly melted. Pizza was okay but a seemed extra greasy and not hot.
