I place in order and The Whole order was damage , because of the poorly unpacked and a heavy rainy day u send food out and brown paper bag unless u should use a pizza box and this goes to the owner of this place I’m a loyal customer from y guys is not the first time ordering from u , but now I have to think twice before ordering I gain , training your staff is very helpful to resolve ensues with customers not just avoiding answering questions like the person who took my phone call today name is Juan he’s attitude was very unprofessional and refused to resolve my issue instead close the phone call on me what a bad customer service u have . This place is the type of pizza place you take a stroll to with you buds while hanging out there are probably better pizza places but ginos is nice and simple you go in make your order hang around for a couple minutes and go with your food nice and hot if your used to pizza chain type of service might not want to be the place you go to but ginos has the neighborhood deli type of feel to it

Their pizza is okay. You can get better pizza somewhere else. $2.75 for a basic regular slice is overpriced. It should at least be $2.00 for the basic quality they make. There’s not enough tomato sauce and not enough cheese. Their cheese slice is almost comparable to a $1 pizza. Go try it yourself and you’ll see what I mean.

Food is horrible. I Ordered spaghetti and they delivered it to me WITHOUT the SAUCE. I Had to drive 15 mins to the restaurant to get the sauce. They just threw the sauce on top and sent me on my way. I requested for cheese on top they gave me a cup with Parmesan cheese. Very unprofessional and RUDE customer service. The spaghetti sauce tasted like old beer. It was a Waste of money, time PLEASE don’t go here!!! Food is NASTY and the place it dirty too.

I would give it five stars but the times i ordered, there had to be something that was left behind. I pretty much took the initiative to head over there and pick my missing order meanwhile i requested delivery. Wouldn’t suggest calling during prime time. It is a small pizzeria spot. I normally order food from them by the SLICE app. Very convenient for sure, would recommend, hassle free. Just make sure to go an extra step to call them and make sure your order is in line and remind to not forget upon delivery. Pizza quality is delish, wings the same. Keep up the awesome delish work and also double check delivery orders before hand.
