I got TWO BO-SIZED chicken biscuit combos (the large fries) and they wouldn’t give more than 1 honey mustard. They wanted me to pay 42¢ for another sauce. Ridiculous. Not happy with the service, they were super stingy even an extra water cup. Go to another Bojangles.

Food is okay here but don’t expect good customer service. Definitely don’t expect the employees to show or say appreciation for your business. Luckily there are several other fast food restaurants grouped close together here so you can always choose another franchise if you wish. Others include McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Taco Bell and Highway 55 in this immediate area.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get an order correct. Last week I asked for Mac & cheese & got green beans. Today, first they had no breast, order mashed potatoes & gravy & got dirty rice ( which I can’t eat). The wings were over cooked & hard. Also order a diet Mountain Dew & got regular. This is going to be my last time going to this location. It was not busy when I was there. So no excuse!

Bojangles food is always provided comfort with a spicy kick in their chicken. However, service at this restaurant was less than satisfactory when they messed up the order and did not even offer a receipt. Even when asking for the receipt, they said that they had thrown it away , and would not be able to provide one..

Went in to eat around 430pm on a Saturday. Wasn’t busy at all. No one was at the register and the 4 people in the back never even spoke to us. Went up to ask for sauce and the employee just stared at me. Food was delicious. Customer service definitely needs some work.

Food was fine, but the employees are hateful to both customers and each other. The lady that took my order is very hateful and rude. A manager was yelling at an employee that looked like she was about to cry, and it was all over something stupid.

Drove 30 minutes after calling and being told I couldn’t order over the phone just to get there, sit in drive thru for 30 more minutes and be told they no longer have chicken. Ridiculous!

I was just charged 45 cent for a ranch dipping sauce for my order. The worker wouldn’t give me a receipt for it. This is the only Bojangles location I’ve been to that does this, so it honestly just seems sketchy. I’ll eat at chick FIL a instead.
