The chicken fingers seemed off; way more greasy than other locations. I could smell it from outside walking in. The manager asked me “how was your chicken today” and I responded with “okay”… so missed my chance to leave them some feedback.

This Cain’s was great when they first opened. Everything was FRESH and HOT! However, recently the chicken has a different taste, color and texture. Not as hot, overcooked or just been sitting too long. Possibly from different or old oil? Different chicken? I’ve also noticed it’s more chewy at the ends. I’ve gone from coming here once a week to once a month, if that. Service and atmosphere is always great, but something in the food has changed…

I’ve been to many Cane’s, been to this location 3 times already near Mesa Riverview. The food smells weird especially the fries. Almost like a wooden smell I know that sounds weird but it’s the best thing I can describe it as. The taste of the fries is affected by the smell. Every single time I’ve been here it had that weird smell & taste. Other Cane’s has NEVER had that issue.

First time here. They keep it clean despite how busy it is. Cashier needs to slow down his speech… Hard to understand at 1000 words per second. Food seems priced ok. Disappointed they dont sell rhe chicken fingers seperate from the combo menu like all orher ff restaurants…. i couldve done without the slice of bread. Fries werent crisp… Perhaps they need to cook longer. Fingers were good.. lightly breaded n no heavy taste. Id come back here again. I hope they slow down a bit and focus on quality.

I went through the drive through and purchased a box combo with a drink. When I got home, I realized the drive through employee forgot to hand me my drink. Based on the Yelp and Google reviews, this is a common mistake at this location.

This is the third time that I have given this location a try. I have rarely given a 3-star and below review because, as a business owner, I know how reviews can have an effect on businesses. With that said…

The staff at this location is the worst. Nasty attitude every time I come. I just want chicken. I don’t need a side of attitude. Whoever runs this store is unaware of how the employees operate.

I love that they are flexible about their meals. I like to get a dinner meal, swap out the core slaw with a second Texas toast, and make the best chicken sandwich EVER! (Pro tip: butter side out)

Far and away the best fast food chicken I’ve ever tried! Chicken tenders are big, moist and not covered in crunchy, burnt breading like some others. Garlic bread is grilled with real butter and the fries are good. Caine’s sauce is to die for! Service was a little lackluster and not very friendly. Unfortunately, all the tables were dirty. We asked a staff member if we could get our table wiped down which she did somewhat begrudgingly. She also left it and the bench seats soaking wet. Kind of gross. I guess they would rather you just get take out
