Checked bag after leaving the drive thru to find my son’s chicken nuggets missing. After we got the chicken nuggets started eating and opened my spicy chicken sandwich which was ordered with only mayonnaise to find it had everything on it. When I took the sandwich back to the manager to get it corrected they made it with only mayonnaise as requested except gave me a regular chicken instead of spicy.

Single. Worst. McD in existence!!! I’m at a loss for words right now. Does this look like a chicken sandwich??????? No lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo! Just these sad pickles holding down the fort. Stone cold fries. Missing hot fudge sundae. Guess how long the order took? 1 hour!!!! Needless to we won’t be ordering from here ever again. If McDonald’s higher uos are seeing this, do something about this store. If nothing else, just close it!

Stay clear of this McDonald’s! They mess up your order every time and you have to wait forever for them to get your order right. The staff are rude, slow and clueless. It used to be a bit better before this current manager arrived. He needs to be trained on better customer service or get fired. He has a bad attitude and gets snippy when you tell them your order is wrong and it isn’t even your fault. No apologies just more frustration. Your food gets cold as you stand there waiting to be helped and they purposely ignore you. What turns out to be a quick bite can be an hour long ordeal. This is by far the worst McDonald’s! Please shut down and make room for a better fast food establishment.

My double meat, double onion, double breakfast sauce steak egg and cheese looked like they literally just threw it in the bag. They focused exclusively on drive through customers.
