This was my first visit, but my son has been here many times. I had the weekday special: pot roast. It was quite tasty, and the vegetables were good. The special came with an okay slice of cake and a drink. We stayed, talking for almost 2 hours.

What a wonderful place. Great service and food. The hash browns were fresh and perfectly cooked. The country omelet full of fresh veggies and ham, lots of cheese. My wife had the tomahawk breakfast and loved it. Will surely make it back again to eat here next time I’m in Bonham.

Breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out. I am very pleased with my experience. The food is delicious and cooked just like a country Restaurant would. Delicious sausage gravy, excellent omelet and they griddle cooked their biscuit so no additional butter is needed! This is my new favorite breakfast go to!!!

I had heard this place had really good breakfast. I was really disappointed when I ate there, the eggs were dry, the biscuits and gravy were the worst I have ever had. I posted a review only to have owner reach out to me. I explained the food wasn’t good. The owner said it must me my palate, that their food is good and I should have either left a good review or simply left no review and just never came back. He also made a snarky comment that I must think I am the only one that matters. So I updated the review to lower it based on the terrible feedback from my first review. But if you don’t care what the food tastes, like….you should go!

That was a. Great lunch. $10 w/tax for the special, A fried pork chop, almost as big as the plate, tender and cooked perfectly. Choice of about 8 side veggies (you get 2), hot roll or cornbread, a drink and pick from several desserts. Delicious cafeteria style meal.

Our first time at this restaurant. Decent food. A bit over priced. Service staff were great. We were there around 10:00 a.m. Food seemed to have been prepared and then placed under heat lamps before serving. Not sure if we’ll go back.
