This location has been an eye sore for years in our beloved town of Hazel Green. The quality of food has been terrible. The lobby is hardly ever open and when it is, it is disgusting. I tried to order but the menu was broken. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE AMERICAN FLAG FLYING. As a veteran, this is extremely offensive and I haven’t been back since. Owner/employees obviously don’t take pride in their building or their product. 🙁

ordered online only to get home and they forgot a bag of 3 value fries and 2 large fries. Asked for a refund and was told to come back with receipt for refund. As if they cant pull up my online order or look on their counter and see a huge bag of 6x fries sitting there. Besides their slow paced service and long drive thru lines, this is probably a last strike. I’ll be taking my service down the road to Wendy’s like many have already.

Stopped by for lunch the meat in both the whopper and junior whopper and fish was so hard couldn’t even chew it. The onion rings were almost burnt. Had to wait about 20 minutes for our food and it was 2:30 in the afternoon. Employees weren’t friendly at all. She just said here when she handed us our food no thank you at all. Will never go back to this place again. So much for southern hospitality. This was in Hazel Green Alabama glad ours in Ohio is at least friendly.

Went at 9:15am and asked if they had biscuits today because they didn’t yesterday. The guy asked the manager, I assume she was based on her attire and her exact response was “no I don’t im done making fn biscuits”. It’s 915am and you serve breakfast until 1030 but refuse to make biscuits for it? So that means it’s only crossian-which? It gets a 2 star because they told me to have a nice day, the food i had to settle for was edible.

This place has been poorly ran since open. We have given this location many different opportunities to do something right. This visit I had the pleasure of witnessing the manager on duty TOTALLY shrug off on a simple issue. I placed an online order and there were a couple items missing from the order, no big deal, mistakes happen. Upon realizing the mistake I took my online order confirmation to the employee working the register, he was very helpful and took care of the issue, only to hear the manager reply repeatedly with “it’s not my problem” like a toddler in a tantrum when she asked what had happened. That will be the last time I give this location any of my business.
