I just picked my two delicious pizzas. I was happy with the service. They are always accurate about their delivery time or the readiness of the pizzas ordered. Very professional customer service. I had difficulty ordering online, so they assisted me at the place. Although they seemed super busy as usual, but always try to leave the customer satisfied with the service. I love the pickle that comes with it!

I ordered 5 pizza’s for $70 and customized each one to make sure there was no bacon on there. When I opened the pizza there was bacon. I’m a Muslim and this is very insulting to my religion. I called this location back and they refused to remake my pizza and wanted to cause trouble. As you can tell from the photo you can see that I almost served it to my guests. Very unprofessional. Would give 0 Stars if possible!!

Poor service. The driver contacted me and I didn’t answer unknown number then he text pickup it’s papa John’s . I advise ok. Never received a call and I tried calling and their phone went to Voicemail . I called driver and let him know he delivered to wrong address and his rude response was “Well first of all””. What type of service is this. I called management and went to the store and he was nonchalant and didn’t seem concerned. His resolution was to give me the food back that driver tried delivering and I requested a refund cause I don’t know what that drive did at that point.This is poor service with the driver and the “manager “ today.

Ordered a pizza yesterday, that was supposed to be picked up at 6 but accidentally ordered it for asap. Called the store to change the time was told that they would make it for us to be picked up at 6. Thought everything was fine, came to pick it up a little before 6 it was barely warm. Didn’t really think anything it took it out of the box and could clearly tell that it was sitting for a while. I look at the order slip on the pizza and it was printed at 3:55. Would most definitely not suggest trying to call the store to change the time instead just cancel it all together!

During a severe storm, my delivery driver was understandably running late. Which is fine. However, the way I was treated over the phone — for asking about store policy when a delivery is delayed by more than 45 minutes — was unacceptable. “You’ll get your pizza” was the response. I asked to speak with a manager, who was kind. But ultimately, she was also dismissive, even after I stated my issue (the rudeness of the initial employee). With pizza being severely delayed and the employees being dismissive of my complaint, I felt that the least they could do was offer a future discount on an order. I never requested a specific recompense, and the manager would t budge with my complaint. I told her I would not be ordering from their location again, and that was apparently an acceptable term for them.
