DIABLO 4 CAREFUL if you are going for the Diablo 4 promotion and order either chicken sandwiches make sure they wrap it in the correct paper with the QR code. I bought two separate orders, paid separately, same orders different drinks. I checked in one bag and saw the correct wrapper so I didn’t check the other only to be disappointed when I got home with only one QR code the other sandwich was wrapped in the wrong paper? They either don’t care about their own promotion or intentionally try to jip my buddy and I of our rightfully owed promotion reward. Had to suffer through a less than mediocre spicy sandwich that I am forced to for the promotion for no reason. Inconsiderate be careful and get what you drove all the way over and paid for.

Customer service is rude. I was given the wrong chicken missing sides had to come back was told I have to wait an additional 25 minutes when I had already gone home came back waited 15 to 20 minutes to get my food before this and was treated like I did something wrong. Not my fault your job sucks! Treat people right and do the job right the first time. This place is always forgetting something. It’s not that hard.

Quality of food is usually poor. Biscuits always are very dry and overcooked. Always parking vehicles for extended time for item preparation. Typically will attempt to persuade you to purchase “what they have” available between 8-10pm. Employees are kind but service needs to improve.

My family & I always love eating at KFC. Thi KFC from my experience has longer waits in car lines. I try to be positive & think maybe its cause its a better KFC. at least thats whT i tell my self. Customer s ervice drive thru could use help. But overall its still good food!
