Let me start by saying I don’t like the ordering process. At all. I called ahead of time and actually made a reservation, I probably didn’t need to. Nobody else was in the entire restaurant probably just there at 6 o’clock on a Saturday night.

I went to eat here with my kids around 4. Since we got to the restaurant the waitress was rude and it was so hot so we asked her to turn in the AC but she gave us attitude, the place smelt so bad. Once we ordered I asked for hot sauce but she had pretended to not understand my accent and insisted that she only had hot sauce oil. Soon after came back with hot sauce and threw it in the plate along with fork on top of my food. Then when I asked for ice, she said no ice but that the was cold. When we started eating the food, it had a dry nasty flavor to it. So bad that after my son ate only 1 piece of chicken and half of a scallion pancake, he ran to the bathroom and puked! He began to cry and the employee got in his face demanding him to tell her if he was okay. Not because she was worried but because she wanted to know if she could serve anyone else the chicken. After that she asked if we wanted to take anything home because she refused to let us leave without paying. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you are looking for nasty old food that makes you puke. The waitress was rude and unkind so please to save you self, do not come here.

The restaurant was a hit & miss with me. The place itself was very nice & cozy & inviting, & everything looked really nice inside. The food was good & taste wise it was just right. The noodle soup was delicious as well as the shrimp tempura. Service was strange to say the least as this was my first time there trying to read through their extensive menu & I felt rushed to make a decision, & there was nobody there. I didn’t even have time to finish my appetizer when the main course was already coming felt so fast & my apps were getting cold. In the end the food was good but overall experience was sub par.

Never ordering from here again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Food is great IF you get it. When you do get it, it will be half an hour late at the earliest and obviously cold. Expect 90+ minute wait at the very least, assuming they don’t forget your order. For reference I live 10 minutes down the road from them.
