Worst service ever received from a fast food place. Awful customer service. Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 classic with cheddar and 1 half pound with cheddar and no cheddar on either one of them. First visit in 7-8 years. What a mistake. Should’ve gone to Mission BBQ.

Me and my husband went to get 2 sandwiches and curly fries and sadly both sandwiches were cold and if that’s not bad enough the fries were already made and left out because they were cold/ hard. I loved the sandwiches at Arby’s in other locations but this one is such a disappointment we will never go back. This location was not busy enough to have the food so cold the workers do not care for customers food or customers at all the place needs better management.

Wide choice, gyro and corned beef extra tasty. Staff are very good to very bad. Dining room not cleaned regularly. I wonder about the safety of their shake machines given variability of management. Good value for what they offer. Chicken nuggets bigger and tastier than chick fila. Sauces can be awful, best without. Lamb gyro is their best sandwich.

First off, the environment and vibe I received at this location was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I ever had walked into an Arby’s and from the get-go, the attitude of the person checking me out was so upbeat and pleasant, I smiled throughout! His name was Charles and he came off in a way that showed his enjoyed working there!

The Arby’s Diablo Chicken Sandwich was much better than the Burger King’s Ghost Pepper Whopper! My nose started running and towards the end, I had sweat rolling down the sides of my head. Of course it did not look like the advertised photo of the sandwich. The chicken patty was half the size, but still good. If you like spicy, check out this sandwich!

I love Arby’s but may discontinue coming to this one. This location always take very long to get through the drive thru. There are usually only 1-2 cars in front of me yet it can take up to 30 minutes to wait. It’s frustrating because the drive thru is blocked off so you couldn’t leave the line even if you had to leave. Seems like a bunch of young kids who don’t care. The management needs to do better.
