Place was super dirty. Napkin Dispenser was dirty, drink area just as bad. Aside from the mess my pizza was uneatable, the garlic or the garlic pesto was definitely expired as it made my entire pizza taste sour. I watched as the person assembled my pizza use the garlic pesto and it definitely dripped into the other sauce beside it. I got 4 ranches one of them only had a few drops of ranch in it.

It was a really bad experience again at another Blaze. I don’t understand why the morale and customer service are not important. My friend and I went inside to order food. There were 4 workers behind the counter. All of them avoided eye contact and not welcomed us. We waited 5 minutes before someone from the back came to help us. The woman who helped us started fixing our pizza. I informed her that I had a bad experience at the other location at the Ontario Mills. That location burnt my pizza and did not want them to burn this one here. Unfortunate, the cook did not care and burned it anyway. I let the staff know about it, and the cook didn’t apologize. He just stood there by the oven like I am the cook and can do whatever I want. The manager finally arrived after I asked for a refund. The manager refunded my money. My friend’s pizza was cooked perfectly. It just seems I am having an issue with having a perfect pizza cooked at any Blaze location. I’ll find other pizza places to eat for now on.

it is similar to other blaze pizzas around. You will find plenty of workers around so you don’t have to wait. You get your pizza ready in less than 10 min. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. it felt like they were tired.

Went to this location for the first time right now. Not only did they all seem miserable and they were fully staffed. They put hardly any ingredients on the pizzas. After noticing that the art Lover pizza didn’t have the red dollops on it I asked the girl if it still gets it and she answered that it gets put on at the end. Than I saw her walk it over and put the tiniest bit on red dollops on it. My brother and I ordered it to go and sat and waited. After waiting for 30 minutes for the cheese bread to come out the guy at the register asked if we were waiting for something and we let him know. We than saw that the guy taking the pizzas out of the oven had left them in too long and they were ruined. So he started all over. When I asked him he said he was making them. After sitting for another 10 minutes we saw them come out all ruined again so we just asked for a refund. He seemed all confused and tried to offer refunding the cheese break but I said I wanted the whole thing refunded because I don’t want any of it. The pizzas are cold. The experience was so terrible that I am completely okay with going out of the way to the Rancho location. Trash was also overflowing. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Blaze pizza.

First time trying Blaze pizza, walking in no welcome, all good, we were asked what kind of crust we’d like, me and my daughter had a high rise custom pizza, we asked for red sauce and mozzarella then our veggies and meats the young man helping us (I don’t recall his name)made our experience very pleasant. Engaging with a customer is always important. The person working oven also kudos our pizza came out nicely cooked!! all the ingredients were properly portioned out it was delicious!! We will definitely come back!!

The name is big but the product is very ordinary. Their pizza is not made very well, they don’t give you enough toppings and they don’t keep the place clean. Young kids with no pride in their work.

Slow and dismissive service. Their staff leaves you standing there in silence and do not even give you the obligatory “I’ll be right with you”. I stood waiting while at least 4 staff members are walking back and forth, going in the back, come out, look at you… continue walking around. Nobody in line ahead of me and when a staff member finally asks me what I want to order, he proceeds to ask 2 other parties behind me what they wanted before he so much as puts sauce on my dough. So I stand there even longer. The pizza was ok, but there are too many other options for lunch than than to put up with inattentive staff. I won’t go back to this location.
