The lighting was a little bright, but the noise level was good for talking and having good conversation. Loved the salsa. It is habanero in it do beware. Everything we had was delicious. My wife got the lank shank. It was so tender and juicy. I got the salmon, and it did not disappoint. The margaritas we sweet and not that strong, but they were tasty. The size of the margaritta flight was a little disappointing. Our service was excellent, and the waitress was helpful and attentive.

Authentic Mexican food and an extra effort to provide the ideal dining experience, Mas Alla del Sol is a treat to eat at. While slightly more pricey than a casual street taco experience, the fresh ingredients and portion sizes make the pricetag perfectly reasonable. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is the icing on the cake. Mas Alla del Sol is now my go to spot to take friends out for a quality Mexican meal while visiting the city. And you should do the same!

I was really impressed with Mas Alla del Sol! The restaurant is large and spacious, and has an atmosphere that is casual and friendly yet upscale. The full bar is awesome, and the food is excellent. This is definitely a place to come if you want high-quality mexican — this isn’t the place for cheap $4 tacos. I absolutely look forward to coming back many times in the future!
