It’s Pizza Hut. It’s very strange but there’s one closer to us yet the delivery is from this further location. On occasion have had mild temperature pizza delivered but you’re kidding yourself if you want 100% hot pizza. Get a microwave.

It had been a long time since I ordered from Pizza Hut. I saw a commercial and thought I would try the food again. I was not disappointed. Pizza was just like I liked it, not too much sauce, crust was cooked all the way through and not mushy. Will definitely order again. I just wish you had a selection of salads.

Called for 2 medium pizza 10 dollar each then person said with tax 26 dollar, I asked him 6 dollar tax he said price went up . I had the same deal 23 dollar now 26 dollar may be owner of this pizza hot should watch their employee what are they doing or charge customer more money, not good for the business you will get sue For that. Improve Customer Service at your Carson and Main location. The 18 yr old Mgr. was rude and not knowledgeable. Completely negated my food allergy and tried to blame my order being incorrect on my allergy. Then she contacted someone who was over her who suggested I drive to the store and bring bk my order then wait for them to make it again. I requested they come get the order and refund me my money but they refused. I am never ordering from that restaurant again however it is closest to my home. So now I will have to only order take out should I choose pizza hut again. I also ordered. Buffalo wings of which had an entire bowl of sauce as if it was soup. It then spilled everywhere when it opened. She did not care to even offer any empathy. Horrible service!!!

Walked into restaurant, no one greeted or appeared for over 4 minutes (good thing I am not a thief, I could have grabbed and run). Finally greeted by a nice girl I pay for my order. She retreats to meal area and spends 3 minutes boxing goods. She comes to the counter with the cookie portion of my order, and informs me they forgot to make my pizza and it will be 15 minutes to get made. So, I wait 15 minutes. So I get my pizza, and cookie back home to my family. Pizza, undercooked, cookie old/overcooked. So, pick your way to look at it, but if you messed up an order, at least get it right the 2nd time. A fully cooked pie and a fresh cookie would have been appreciated.

The customer service at this PH is AWFUL…except for one young lady with glasses…she is always polite and kind where the other staff hardly EVER acknowledges me when I have come in to pickup an order. It is infuriating to have to wait and some visits I have to call someone over even though several workers have made eye contact with me. My most recent order had undesirable pizza that was an embarrassment to the company both in taste and even the disregarded way it was cut. I only choose this one because it is in walking distance but I really am losing the interest in that “value”.

I was greeted right away and was asked if I was there to place an order or pick up. They were still making my order (I got there early), but they told me it would be out in a minute. They reviewed my order with me before I left and told me thank you and to have a good nice. The associates working there were very polite and provided great customer service.
