This place is truly terrible. We have ordered here several times and it seems to be getting worse. We have gotten chipotle grilled chicken burritos that weren’t grilled or even heated up. This visit we received a black bean Crunchwrap with zero black beans. It was lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and shell. We also got a grilled chicken burrito that was basically a wrap. I called to speak to management and no one answered.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Wrong food, Mexican pizza had a chemical taste, I took 1 bite and was DONE! I had the worst taste in my mouth that I couldn’t get rid of for a half hr or so. My bf ordered KFC and everything in the bag was taco bell! That store needs to be closed and reopened with ALL new staff that can actually comprehend and pay attention! ZERO STARS GIVEN

A KFC / Tacobell, so your order may be slow, may be fast. Some days it’s Good quality food and everyone is great. Other days you can get the completely wrong order or be waiting in line for 20 minuets for something you got from the tacobell menu.

This is a combined Taco Bell, KFC, in one location with one set of registers that covers both sets of food. I felt like I was waiting forever to order my two Doritos Locos tacos, which were pretty much as expected. They tried, just didn’t seem experienced, and don’t forget to ask for the taco sauce, which they didn’t offer.

Lady up front with short hair was awful. Very rude to the customers in front of me and very rude to me as well. She had no manners. Calls out the wrong number then blames the customer for not getting the food. Ordered my food then my partner orders. Called out my number for his food and I never got my order My number was 3551 they yelled out 3549 then asked if I got my food and I said no. She said oh well it’s in pick up for a reason. Very disrespectful.

Dirty restaurant. There were no clean tables, and the bathroom smelled so bad I didn’t go all the way in. I asked for something to wipe the table, and they offered me napkins. I do not recommend.
