Great, fast, friendly service and fresh food. Great to see farm fresh produce and real French fries. They even post which farm their spuds came from on a white board in the lobby. Can’t wait to try their customized shakes. My small bacon cheeseburger was huge. The fries were enough for two adults and a toddler. Thank you for the fun, fresh and friendly experience!

I have happily eaten at the Lafayette LA store for several years without even the tiniest hiccup…. Always loved it. Today at this store was dreadful and I’d never return. I’ve been a server for many years in many restaurants so I’m not at all unsympathetic to staff. After my meal, I wanted to wash my hands and use the bathroom. It was occupied and stayed that way for close to 10 minutes. A staff member was who finally came out. We did not share looks of friendship. Apparently her position as staff is greater than mine as customer and she apparently told a coworker that we had exchanged looks. I was leaving the store. Had eaten $27 worth of a good meal and was putting the very negative experience behind me. As I was almost to the door, I hear a very very loud HAVE A GREAT DAY or words to that effect. Having not heard a single other person yelled at like that and w the apparent sarcasm, I take a great deal of offense. I continued walking out the door. Was not going to address the situation. I plan on taking my complaint all the way to corporate. It may be that no one will care and 5 Guys is now a place where customers are vilified. I for sure will never step foot in there again.

This is a good place to get hamburgers, cheeseburgers and fries. I used to go to Five Guys in Wesley Chapel Florida then was glad they have a good one in Mobile Alabama. They have very good burgers and fries and you can eat lots of peanuts while waiting for your meal. Staff is nice and cooks well so you can have a good meal to go or to dine in. The prices are decent for good burger meals.

The staff in this establishment was not friendly. The cashier didn’t even stop leaning on the counter when taking multiple people’s orders. The banter between the employees was full of foul language that ruined a quiet meal. What has happened to society and customer service

Always pleased with 5 Guys food, service, associates, & Fries!!!! Order a small fries!!! You will get more than you expect!!!! They load up the bag with the fresh peanut oil fried fries!!!! The free roasted peanuts are wonderful also!!!! 5 ☆’s all the way!!!
