Food is very good and a wide variety of menu options. Food came out quickly and very hot but the servers aren’t very attentive, would be my only complaint.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve been going to Penang since I was 17 and now I am 27 years old so for the past 10 years I’ve been coming here. I did move out of the area and I was craving it so bad today, so I went. First off I stood at the counter waiting for my order as they straight up looked at me for 17 mins . Second it was so humid i just wanted to pay and leave . The people there were legit asking for ice and had fans . These parents took their baby out from how hot it was . Then the lady demanded i get cash since their credit machine was “down all day” why wasnt i told that over the phone . She then shooed me to an atm. I legit left and she harassed my phone to come back with cash! I cannnot believe myself man

I’m sorry but this place is a disgrace as a restaurant.

This place is unhygienic! Please stop going there. I do not think they are even maintaining basic standards of a restaurant on food hygienic conditions. Today I have picked up my order for vegetable fried rice at 8 30pm. At home, When I’m almost done with my dinner I see an insect in my food. When I called the restaurant about the situation, they simply ignore saying their counter is closed or they even cannot refund my money. They asked me to get this food to show them the next day to get another replacement for it! Why Would I order again knowing how bad their food is and when I wanted my dinner why would I go next day to get its replacement?! The restaurant online says it closes at 10 but when I called at 9 20pm they say they are closed!

This place used to be great..we have been here multiple times for almost 4 years now. The quality of the restaurant is no longer the same. They have terrible service, the ambience hasn’t been maintained at all, it looks like a warehouse with things lying around everywhere. We still like the food here, but honestly they used to be much better off before.

Cute restaurant located inside of a strip mall. The inside and decor is very lovely! The service is bad. We had to wait a long time to be seated and after we were seated our waitress walked the place back and forth a few times not helping anyone before she came to our table to take our order. I ordered fried rice with tofu and scallions and nothing else. I stressed that to her and I thought she’d understood but I was given tofu fried rice with egg and onion (no scallion) ??? It’s not fair to just give people eggs especially when I was very specific and clear with my order. I also decided to try their coffee. What they don’t tell you is that without asking they put cream and tons of sugar in it. I wanted black coffee. Again, not cool to just give people dairy products in their coffee without telling them especially when that’s not what they ordered. It took a long time for her to get the check and I asked for a box for my leftovers and they took them and boxed them and didn’t even give it to me. The best thing about it was that the food tasted rely good and the place looked nice

It was ok, first thing when you enter the door you are greeted with an interesting smell that reminds me of a public bathroom smell that doesn’t have good sewer ventilation or something. Beyond that the place had a nice ambience. I had the red curry chicken the soup broth was good but the texture of the chicken was gummy and the chicken tasted sweet, which three off the taste of the dish. I like just broccoli and chicken so that’s what I got, it normally comes with a variety of veggies. My husband had one of the chicken rice noodles dishes that we can’t remember the name. He said it was good, but definitely was lacking some flavor and heat. The Thai tea was pretty standard, they did have a few options for dessert, fried ice cream and coconut rice which we didn’t try. They also have boba teas and vegetarian options.

My request- do not waste your money! We went due to the glossy online menu picz, a thumbs up review from a friend. Entered at 0830pm and was taken aback with the musty odor. The ambience too looked off reminding me of a Hanoi bar from a Jason Bourne chapter( from the books not the movies). We ordered chicken satay, green tea, house chicken fried rice, drunken basil noodles and chilli chicken. Sadly for us, the only item that consoled us was the green tea. Chicken satay- the spices didn’t gel.

In addition to our usual choices – chicken satay, roti telur, roti canai, mee goreng veggie, this time we ordered Sarang burong and crispy fried noodles with chicken. Really loved the two new dishes. Sarang Burong has a taro pressed like a bowl that holds the flavor rich chicken, shrimp and veggies with cashews on top. Very delicious in case anyone is looking to try a new dish.

It’s conveniently located in Nassau park. Very close to some of large stores like Walmart, Home Depot and Best Buy.
