Not impressed. When I went to pick up my online order no one addressed me, I waited for longer than most “freaky fast” Jimmy Johns take. The worst part was the guy at the end counter quite literally THROWING the sandwich bags on the pick up rack. I had to pick up the bag that my sandwich was in. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Jimmy John’s makes some of the best sandwiches in the business. This store is always so clean and nice looking. The staff are so friendly providing outstanding customer service. This store also has a very convenient drive thru. There is hardly ever a line at this store and the service is quick. It’s also easy to order online and pickup at the store or get delivery!

As a customer, verify the cashier heard the correct sandwich. I walked in and ordered the beach club and add roast beef. The cashier rang up the country club sandwich that has ham. My wife doesn’t eat ham so I took her ham and I gave her my turkey. I’m sure it was just a mistake by Justin but we were looking forward to the beach club so we can both enjoy. Justin was wonderful and the sandwich was very good but the mistake dropped the 5 star rating to a 4.5 star.

Went here for the 2nd time in October and this is what they gave me vs what I ordered. I can’t remember the name of the sandwich. Good taste but the ratio of bread to everything else was sad. Didn’t even have lettuce. 1 or 2 laters of meat. Very disappointed I’ll be eating at subway for less, thanks.

First I want to start with, I will NEVER eat here again and will tell everyone who will listen to not eat here. I came in and the cashier was changing the garbages, he didn’t wash his hands, not a huge deal I guess because he was not handling my food. Then the guy making my food throw away some bread in the garbage and reached in and took it out and set it on the cutting board. Then started to make a sandwich, at this point I said something . The cashier first started to argue with me that it was a fresh bag but it’s still a garbage can. He then picked up the cutting board slamming it around and threw it into the sink and brought out another one. Still hasn’t washed his hands from changing garbages. Slams it down and says to me better? At this point I ask to speak with a manager and find out it’s him, the sandwich maker still hasn’t changed his gloves or washed his hands and is making sandwiches. I leave and will never be back.

Usually not one to complain or post reviews but this was all kinds of upsetting. Ordered at 12:30 and has been over an hour and a half. I called at 1:33 to see where it was and the woman who answered told me they lost my order and got mixed up and is on the way. If that was the case, I would have appreciated a call to let me know it was going to be late and they had made a mistake. Got my club lulu which wasn’t made right. The sandwich calls for lettuce, turkey, bacon and tomato. I asked for no tomato but wanted the rest of the ingredients that come with the sandwich (no bacon was added) . Very very disappointed with the service, order, and feedback from the employee.

This place can be good.. attention to deal not always so I have to double check. I always order online . tonight only one of two sandwiches in bag. So I had to wait.. I order online so I can quickly pick up at window and I am scolded for skipping line and going straight to open window. Isn’t that the point of ordering online its faster ? Why should I have to wait for the people ordering at drive thru? They say oh your out of order. It’s not that hard to grab my bag that is sitting there cause I always order plenty ahead of time.

If I could GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I would. The absolute worst experience with Jimmy John’s that I have ever had. I placed an order and after 1 hour, I called to follow up. I spoke to Anthony Quimby-Hayes, the manager. He was rude and disrespectful and offered to CANCEL my order after waiting for over an hour. I asked why he didn’t call to let us know that they were having issues with timing and I was told that it was NOT HIS JOB AND WAS UP TO THE DRIVERS TO CONTACT. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Anthony, you need to return to school and learn how to speak to customers!!!!! Customers calling after an hour and acting like it was our problem, is ridiculous!
