Decent food, and service isn’t terrible. Some of the servers seem confused or unsure of their job responsibilities when helping. Maybe they were new. Kristina was probably the most helpful of times being there. Need to train servers to assist in clearing tables… seems like a plate that was finished before the main meal was delivered was left on the table 3 out of 4 times. While I know they don’t have to bus, it helps to keep customer satisfaction up. If going for Pie, they’re alright, but I’ve always enjoyed Bakers Square more for pie. The coffee is much better, however… as long as someone who isn’t brand new makes it.

It was clean and the food was well prepared. The prices have really gone up recently it seems. My main complaint is that I have been in multiple times in the evenings, and the staff very clearly is anxious to go home. They are watching the clock and rushing us along, even when they are still open for an hour and a half…. I think of Perkins as a restaurant that you can sit with a friend and talk over a meal. When there are empty tables everywhere and they are still open for a long while, it should be okay to sit and chat.

Went here for a late-night meal after a concert and received the best service we ever had at any Perkins! The food came out ridiculously fast and was hot, delicious, and the server was kind, courteous, and awesome! (Wish I could remember his name – he did such a great job). Highly recommend!

A friend and I went here for Thanksgiving dinner. The menu was small because of Thanksgiving but the service was wonderful. Our waiter was all smiles and very understanding because it took me longer than it should have to figure out what I wanted. I was too busy talking to my friend who I hadn’t seen in a long time. I would definitely go back.

I had the worst service I have ever had here. I was late to join my party. The server came to take the food order. Never bother to ask if I wanted something to drink. I ordered a beverage and then I was going to order food. He moved on to the next person before I could order. I gave him my order. He left. Came back with the food and then told us that they were out of what my nephew wanted to eat. He didn’t bother telling us right away. He waited until everyone else had their food. My sister was also missing someone from her food and asked about it. The server went to check if they were out. He came back and said they were out. Again, after we got the food. I still hadn’t gotten my drink. I reminded him. “Oh. Sorry.” He walks away. We’re almost done eating. He never brings me my drink and never asks how everything is tasting. I had to wave him over to remind him yet again about my drink. “Oh. Sorry.” Brings me the wrong drink. “Oh. Sorry.” Finally brings me the right drink WITH the check. I have never not tipped in my life. But… his service was appalling.

Stopped in for breakfast on sunday morning had to wait ten to fifteen minutes even though there was 6 empty booths four of which had dirty dishes on. Maybe management should think about hiring a few more waitresses if they expect to clean up the booths and tables as well as taking orders and delivering orders . What seemed to be the supervisor or manager was running in circles not accomplishing much with an attitude that was not customer friendly. Either hire a busboy to clean booths or else more waitresses and pay them a decent wage so they stick around.

The place was suppose to open at 5:30am we came there at 5:30 and it was closed. Someone who had the key to the building didn’t bother to show up on time. We had to wait 20 min, then our server Nicole C was having an attitude, not friendly, rolled her eyes at us a few times, coffee was disgusting. When we asked for at least 10% discount for all of our inconveniences Nicole said “we can’t give any discounts because we are franchise now” she and her managers didnt even apologize but made us feel like we ungrateful people. She said ” I let you in and cooked food for you” her exact words, as is that’s not her job. Shame on her, her manager and the people who hired them. Never gonna go to this place again and will make sure to let others know not to go there.
