GLR
We visited here for a late Saturday lunch. Our sandwiches were made to order from freshly sliced meat. They were delecious and we can’t wait to come back here. I appreciated the fact that the restaurant was extremely clean and the staff to care of us in fine fashion

This location gets extremely busy, so I would recommend ordering on the app. I’ve been eating here several weeks now, and they seem to get my order correct now. I’ve also learned to wait a few minutes after the time they say it’s ready, and if it’s not on the takeout shelf, go up to the register and ask for it. Sometimes they’re still behind the register because they didn’t have time to stick it on the shelf. My only complaint today, is it looks like a new person made my wrap. I got a torn wrap and it wasn’t even wrapped right. I guess they can’t be perfect everyday. LOL At least it still tasted good.

No time for pictures; we were too hungry. My cold sandwich was made on great bread, which I’m really finicky about. My daughter got a hot sandwich and she liked it a lot as well. They were very accommodating with her toppings request, which was unusual for that sandwich. Overall, it was a good experience – and we’ve already been back.

Never felt so unwelcome in my life. I showed up 20 minutes before closing. When the young man at the register asked me for here or to go, the other man said loudly hopefully to go. Had I not swiped my card, I would have canceled and walked out. I’ll never go back here and will make sure I tell all. And I usually don’t post like this. But this ruined my appetite.

After eating at Jersey Mike’s from New Jersey to South Carolina I can say that this is the worst one. I understand it is at a college campus but the employees could care less about their jobs or how they make a sandwich. They don’t cut the bread to the correct length, don’t put enough meat and/ or vegetables, and don’t even ask you for anything extra.

This experience was one of the worst I’ve had in a long time. I had come in the previous day for a gluten free sandwich and they were very kind and accommodating. Having celiac, I very much appreciate Jersey Mike’s to generally be very accommodating for this. The next day I went, I asked for them to clean the machine since they didn’t want to use the one in back and the guy immediately copped an attitude about it, threw a knife onto the counter in back and then proceeded to take 15 min to clean the machine mumbling to himself and telling another coworker how lucky they were to not be on shift yet because he had to clean the “stupid machine”. This man then started having a conversation with another coworker in the line saying something to the effect of “some customers go crazy about the gluten thing and it’s really just fake in their mind.” I called him out on it and then he stopped talking. Guy with red curly hair, glasses and a hat.

Jersey Mikes in Maryville… Whaaaa??? Yup, it’s true, and do you wanna know what else is true? They’re friendly. For real, I wandered in about 10-15 mins before closing, asked if it was to late to order a cheesesteak fully expecting the guilt face, but nope, I got a smile, my cheese steak just how I like it and more Shore Points.

These guys love to shut down the grill and not let anyone order a hot sub 30 minutes before they close. They think they’re slick or cute… I’m not amused

The first few times I came here, everything was awesome. I was even raving about how good the food was, to all my friends. Then today happened. I’ve been using the app to order my lunch, & I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sub with oil & vinegar. I didn’t taste any oil or vinegar, but I did have some unwanted hard pieces in my chicken. I don’t think it was grizzle, but maybe part of the tendon. I was told this place was one of the healthiest places to get a sub, so I was a little concerned. I also tasted a few bites of something spicy. I don’t eat spicy, so there should have only been lettuce, cheese, & chicken on it. Maybe they should be a little more careful, not to mix spicy stuff into other people’s orders. Also, this was the second day in a row, there was no TP in the ladies room. If they aren’t checking the bathrooms at least a few times a day, I’m a little concerned about what else they may not be doing. Just saying.
