Maybe I came at the wrong time, they are having a rough go at it. Seems like one girl has her head on straight and I honestly feel bad for her. I’ve been to a lot of Jersey mikes and they usually run like a well oiled machine but this one is just awkward. I’m giving them three stars because the sandwich was still so friggin good lol

I got to say that I love Jersey Mike’s. Anytime I feel like eating a sub, I make a point to find a Jersey Mike’s. I never been to one that gave me an issue or reason to complain. However, this one irritated me. Maybe it’s just me, but if your store hours are posted on your window and website, why are you closing and locking the doors 15 minutes beforehand. If you are going to close at 8:45 or 9:45 then post it on the door and website. I showed up 20 to 15 minutes before you close to order a sub and the doors were locked with 5 employees just standing behind the counter chatting. I dont think I was the only one either. This would have infuriated me, if I owned this establishment.

I received without a doubt the best customer service at this jersey mikes here at moon. The environment is very welcoming and highly maintained. Food is well prepared and treated with delicacy. I was served by Holden, Nick H, Janel. I would highly recommend this jersey mikes for anyone in the moon.
