I honestly don’t understand why, but this McDonald’s can be somewhat of a coin flip. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. If you are ordering for more than one or two, you can usually expect to have to wait in the second drive-through line. This I honestly don’t mind at all, assuming that my food is being made fresh. No excuse for half filled, cold or soggy fries and sloppy sandwiches. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but it’s an issue that needs to be addressed. Again, the faces you see and the employees you talk to are always friendly. My feelings on prepared food, regardless of the restaurant, is that it should be given to me the way you would like to receive it if you were the one paying for it.

So nice to be able to come at lunch time when this store is so busy and still get the best customer care. Back cash and front drive absolutely two very nice young ladies. Food is hot and fresh and the whole process was quick. Outstanding work. When so many places are making excuses for staff, shortages etc. this store is stepping it’s game up. Great job to the crew and all the managers.

Placed an order for 3 big Macs and 2 large fries. Received equivalent of 1 large fries and 1 complete Big Mac. Called the restaurant and was hung up on twice because Gary the manager said he bagged my order and everything was perfect. He never even gave me the chance to comment on the Big Macs. I understand that everyone is short handed and would prefer to wait a couple more minutes to ensure properly made food. This visit was completely ridiculous! Oh yeah and the fries weren’t even cooked all the way.

This McDonald’s is horrible! Numerous times I have had bad service, cannot remember sauce for the nuggets but today was the worst. Double QP is way over cooked. Also asked for extra mayo on a McChicken and it was all over the wrapper and super sloppy. McDonald’s is going way down hill. So many other better options to choose from nowadays. I’m done.

They make me up every time and EVERYTIME I have to go inside because they never bring it. Waited over 10 minutes for them to bring it and I had to go inside and get it. This happens all the time there.

Ordered a chicken sandwich @ 2:21pm and was asked to pull around to the order pickup line . @ 2:32 they brought it out. If this was the first time NBD. but every time I’ve been there it takes 10-15m no matter what’s ordered.

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be one of the best but lately, not sure if new management but it’s awful. I witnessed a manager rudely interact with a customer who received a happy meal hamburger with no burger patty on it. Not nice in the least, made excuses left and right and basically threw a new burger at her. Wth? I had a mobile order fail, no biggie, went in to inquire and that took about 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter. Then without a care in the world, just said nope we didn’t get it and walked away. Manager standing right there as well with an young adult looking at me like I had 3 heads. I just left and went to the nearest one instead. It was not bust at all either. I’m super understanding on how it’s hard to find help but the manager is the issue it seems. MOST of the teens are nice but not her. I’ll be avoiding this one from now on.
