I love this location! Normally, I get a chicken bowel, but this time, I tried the chicken al pastor and barbacoa mix, and it was delicious! My son gets the kids’ quesadilla with rice and beans. Regardless of the time, they always have everything I want!

Amazing service, was in the mood for steak and they had me sample it…was sold by the chef when he said Carnitas it was the best! Clean fresh and professional employees. The bathrooms were clean and they even came out to make sure the condiments were neatly arranged. I ordered 2 more items to go!..

Tall guy making food made it difficult for the employees to serve customer. It wasn’t even busy. I can see they had a new employee and she was trying her best not to disappoint the customer. She needed to replenish certain things on the line but no one else cared. Especially the guy that was on the grill. The lady on the line with her basically told her to “deal with it “. Customer services needs a little attention. I brought my children in one day, and the employee that was helping us stopped right in the middle of making us food and ran in the corner and made someone else finish our order. The employee started complaining about myself and my children, Very unprofessional, in my opinion. I think the employee could’ve conducted herself a little better. But the food is good and the place is clean.

This chipotle is by far the best one in the city of Jacksonville. What I’m really impressed by is the night crew. Now there aren’t many of them working at night which is kind of crazy considering how busy it becomes during the evening, you would think they would schedule more people to work. I have got to give it up to that night time manager though, I believe her name is Tammy. She is by far the nicest person I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. She makes my bowls and burritos look absolutely amazing, I definitely get my money’s worth. I have had to wait a few minutes for my food a few times but she always offers me something for my wait like a free drink or chips. I 100% recommend anyone and everyone go get you some delicious food from this place, it’s worth every penny and taste amazing!!!!

Had an excellent experience with a lady who works here named Summer. I promised I would mention her in my survey on my receipt, however I thoughtlessly threw it away before I remembered to. She was great, gave me a sample of their vinagerett and was extra kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming back because of her (and the great food of course)

Overall this place is much better than the downtown Jackson location. The customer service is always wonderful with very clean seating areas. If I could give half stars I would but there is always room for improvement. Great place to eat!

Giving them a first try, i took the whole family. The place was filthy. Every surface behind the counter was covered with food spills. The serving line was especially filthy with food and sour cram was smeared all over the stainless steel. I was hoping to order the barbacoa but I looked into the serving pan and it was empty except for the dried up residue of meat lining the inside. They said they have some more in the back. I asked the manager why the restaurant was filthy. She said they are short staffed but we were the only ones in the whole restaurant and there was four employees. We walked out.

My first time ordering pickup at this location. When I got there, my chips and queso that I paid for weren’t even in my bag. I had to ask for them. Then I get home and everything I ordered in my bowl, I was given the complete opposite. White instead of brown rice, black instead of pinto beans. Then when I call the location it’s no way to speak to a human. Beyond disappointed in my service and will be going back to the restaurant tomorrow.
