The employees were loud, rowdy, and rude. They were yelling with & at each other the entire time we were there. They were cursing and such. Needless to say, we will not be returning in the near future. I wasn’t expecting MUCH considering it’s a mcdonald’s but was surprised at how terrible of an experience this was.

I have been to the Streetsboro one 3 times in the past 2 weeks and it’s terrible. From the service to the food. A Quarter pound should not take 10 minutes to make much less serve. My last trip everything was cold and I still waited 5 minutes. I understand short staffed but danm, I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Disappointed! I ordered a filet of fish and medium fry. Service was quick, but my filet o fish was plain. Lucky I had cheese and tarter sauce at home. It is not that hard to read an order correctly. Especially if you are paying higher wages I would expect better service. There was just 1 person in front of me so I’m guessing the sandwich was already premade and instead of making a new sandwich, I got one just sitting there. With nothing on it!!!! SMH Don’t pay higher wages if they can’t do the job right!
