I decided to go here for lunch at around 2:00 in the afternoon. The employees were somewhat professional has been greeted me and the food looked good from the counter. Chicken is very crisp but it could use more seasoning. The fries are really great and the restaurant itself wasn’t too clean. The meals are reasonable price and you get enough food even for a small portion.

Best thing I ate was the burger. Don’t come here thinking the fries are good. They aint seasoned and All u get is 2 measly ketchup packets to help swallow the thickness. Fried chikin was nasty. no flavor at all. issa shame i had to use hotsauce to make it better that stuff is not good for your heart. inside seating is dirty. best u sit outside and enjoy the weather. drive thru always takes long. Only thing that saved them was the lemonade. Shoutout to whoever made it.

Went here and order chicken and fries……asked the the chicken be redropped for a additional 3mins like I always do, waited inside on my order. Once I receive it I went to my car and when I checked my food it hadn’t been redropped or anything, the cook jus had it sitting in the back. Very bad business and if I pay for it then I determine what I eat, not the employee

I love big chic and have eaten it a lot . The Griffin location is the WORST !!! No customer service whatsoever . Just ratchet , attitude having people that hate their job . I always ask for my food in a styrofoam container and it’s always a problem . If it’s such a problem then why do you even have the containers in the first place . The owner Nick is never there and needs to hire some good people that will treat his customers well and have an inviting atmosphere . They act like they can’t stand to see people come in to order food . If you hate your job that bad then find another one . Never going back .#RoachCityAnyway

The outside Menu prices need to be updated! You all are charging almost $10 more than what is displayed on the outside menu. There is no reason why you can’t update it. It’s been like that for the past 2 yrs that I’ve been. It’s ridiculous and I reported it because it makes no sense.
