It’s been awhile since I ate inside a Pizza Hut. Apparently they are not used to having customers dine in because there were only a handful of tables. There was no printed menu for me to look at. I had to scan a QR code at the counter to pull up their full menu, which was stacked with ads for learning foreign languages. I don’t think I ever really saw the menu come up because I was frustrated by the continuous ads, one after another, with translations for words I wasn’t even using . I finally asked if they still had personal pizzas for lunch. Luckily they did. However there was no salad bar (taken away due to Covid, with no plan to bring it back), and they had no premade side salads. And I did not want wings or pasta with my pizza. So I had pizza and a coke. Luckily it’s the same personal pizza I always loved. The cashier who took my order was friendly and helpful. And I was the only customer in the place for lunch. With few open options for lunch in that area, I can’t really say anything made it a bad experience. It was Pizza Hut. The pizza was consistent with what I expected and the taste I remember. Aside from the unavailability of a salad with my meal, it met my expectations. I would probably go there again if I’m ever in that area for lunch again.

Thankful there’s an actual sit-down pizza hut restaurant around town. Place is kept pretty clean and our cashier was very friendly. Pizza was yummy as well as wings. Everything is fresh and made to order

Greeted right away when walking in . Staff was friendly. The pizza quality was ok, not as good as it used to be .but still ok . Location no longer serves alcohol. Some seats are available for dine in . Not as much seating as before .

Paid $30 for a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. 1st pizza was made without extra pepperoni. The 2nd Pizza was stuck to the pan!! Waiting for the 3rd now. What happened to Pizza Hut in Banning CA. Fast food is fast food but this place can do better!

Not fresh. Ordered a Big New Yorker and the crust was dry and stale. I must have gotten one that was made yesterday. Never going to Pizza Hut again.

Not enough toppings and marinara on the pizza. We paid over $22 for a medium pizza. We came home and didn’t see sausage on the supreme and crushed peppers were $1 a pack. We had to add ingredients to the pizza for what we paid them for. The grocery store pizza would have cost less for what we got there.

PIZZA HUTs prices have gotten outrageous, and believe me it wasn’t worth the $28 spent on 1 pizza with sausage and jalapeño, it was suppose to have extra cheese there wasn’t even enough cheese on that for regular cheese. Won’t be going back. They used to be good.

Over half of the sodas were out. The pizzas were served in the box with the wings and breadsticks, to people “dining in”. No napkins or silverware. Cashier was friendly and smiling.

Good service from others , but the manager has Horrible experience and service.she over charged me for xl pizzas when I asked for large pizzas and when I called the next day to fix the problem to get my money back she was incredibly upset and rude. I get it you don’t wanna take out the money out of the store but I know I was over charged I called before I did my order and the 25$ pizzas were the xl and the 16.99 pizzas was the large she charged me over 100$ for 4 large pizzas and then the rest was the right amount. Charge the people the right amount and give better service and you’ll have more customers coming in Desiree
