Our local Taco bell, 3rd time in a row ordered (and paid extra) steak on my burrito but got ground beef. This location used to be really good, not anymore. Stay away, ridiculously long waits too even with mobile order, which I always do to cut wait time. Csn t imagine how long it would take now if I ordered in store. Will not be going back.

Too many times I’ve ordered chips and cheese and either gotten crushed chips that would take me an hour to dip if I really had the patience, a cheese cup that is barely half full, or both (also too much salt). LITERALLY the easiest thing to put together – chips in a bag, cheese in a cup – and yall still manage to let these dumb little things happen over and over.

Just recieved excellent food and exceptional service the gentleman taking drive thru orders was knowledgeable polite down to earth friendly ! my power bowl was amazing and made specifically to my order request all of it seemed fresh and hot and it was delicious we also got 3 freezes they were yummy and hit the spot for this cold day ! Thank you taco bell team I wanted to do a reciept survey and I couldn’t find it but thank you guys keep being awesome !

What Happeneduh. Taco Bell used to be THE place to go for a lot of food for a reasonable or even cheaper dining experience. They’re charging sit-down restaurant prices for fast food soft tacos now. And they taste different!
