Wow! Their Chicago style pizza is amazing. Prices are much better then the over rated expensive pizza stores down the street. Pizza was excellent. Very heavy, 1 piece is definitely enough for 1 person. Great service, very friendly. We were in town for a hockey tournament, very happy we decided to go here! Can’t go wrong with the cannoli either!

I give Taylor Street 4 stars. Undoubtedly they’re better than other pizzerias in town (sorry Moretti’s and Sir Nick’s). Taylor Street has fantastic thin crust pizza and their prices are solid. Their Chicago style deep dish is decent, not the best by any means but they’re in the top 25% in the Chicago area. I mostly get thin crust pizza and this is always my go-to pizzeria. One star was taken off due to my opinion of their Chicago style deep dish (entirely subjective plus I consider their Chicago style deep dish to be better than in-town’s Morreti’s).

Used to be my favorite pizza however when I ordered on NYE it was absolutely terrible my daughter and I threw it out. I ordered extra cheese and beef on half. I’m not sure what happened but it had oil dripping from it and the beef was all over. If you pressed down on it the oil would come out. It was gross we threw it out I have a feeling they reheated it and sent it out.

we ordered catering and the food was good, especially the baked chicken. However, they did not give me the italian beef and peppers that were ordered and when I called back to let them know they insisted it was given to me. After talking to the assistant manager they were able to make the quantity but I had to go pick it up- in the middle of my party! Id figured I would hear back from the manager and somehow be compensated for the trouble but to this day, a week later I have not. Disappointing because the food was great, however their lack of customer service was not.

We used a coupon for a large pizza and free small cheese. It was for delivery. Delivery guy forgot cheese pizza. Called the store and the kid at the register admitted he forgot to add the small pizza to order. 40 additional minutes passed and when I called the store the kid at the register and the manager on shift said we had to pick it up. We asked for a refund for delivery charge and it was denied. We cater from them at least 3 times a year and order from them at least once a month. We are officially done! Worst customer service ever!
