I just ordered 2 chicken power bowl through the drive thru. I know how it’s supposed to look because I usually order from Smyrna and I can tell you there was hardly any meat in both of the bowls and rice and lettuce. Very small portions!!!. I have had more meat on a chicken taco than this bowl. If I knew they was going to be giving out small portions today I would have went to Smyrna. Especially i just spent over 17 dollars for this!!!I won’t be back at this location never again!

The staff at this restaurant is rude and the place is not sanitary. Every time we come to the La Verne Taco Bell our food is all ways wrong and it’s not hard to leave off the lettuce or tomato on a regular taco very expensive for the food you get!!!

This is my second time here since moving from Texas. Both of my orders they forgot to give me my drink and my additional taco. Both times they told me that I was wrong, and their ghetto employees insisted that they put my order in my bag. Of course, taco bell believed their part time, 9.50 an hour employee. They’d never make a mistake, even though everyone that goes through the drive through can smell weed coming from behind the dumpster. I clearly am in the wrong and I clearly ordered the wrong food. Matter of fact, I happily overpaid for my food according to this taco bells employees. Lol I’ll never be back unless I’m trying to get high.

This has got to be the worst and I mean worst taco bell in Tennessee! Everytime I order they mess my order up but literally just went through the drive thru and got greeted by the rudest person in the building! She’s a manager I believe a mid 40s cacausian women with glasses. she was very rude over the speaker and literally blew under her breathe when I told her something on the screen was wrong. When I get to the window my drink was wrong i asked for no ice I told the other girl who told that lady who said “OMGGG” and rolled her eyes. So I get home with my food and OF COURSE MY burrito was beef instead of chicken I paid extra for! I buy into my taco and there’s a piece of a plastic glove in it! GET IT TOGETGER AND FIRE THAT RUDE LADY ALREADY! And FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HOW DID A GLOVE FINGER GET IN MY TACO!

Normally, when I go to the Lavergne Taco Bell, the taco shells are normally hard and stale and the hamburger meat is always cold nothing fresh, but with my experience with the store today I was very satisfied the food was hot and fresh, and nothing was wrong with anything I will keep coming back to the store. As long as the food is delicious and was fine like it was today.

I was waiting on drive thru line at 10:55pm. There were 4 cars in front of me. Three cars were waiting for their order when the car in front of me got to the speaker he ended up leaving the line. By the time I got to the speaker it was 11:00pm. I was told they closed at 11 and they were not taking any more orders. My cousin works there so I know for a fact that they close at 12am. What’s going on? Why not stay open til 12? Lazy employees!
