Went to pick up a pizza last week friday evening after calling my order in. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged. Guy standing there, looking very overwhelmed, and busy as he takes the orders out of the oven. I stood there about a good 7 min, and watched him as he watched me, still no “Sorry, I’ll be with you shortly”, “hi”, “bye”, nothing! Co-workers were walking around the store, some preparing to leave as this poor guy was struggling. Finally someone come up to the front and help. No greeting, no apology….cool. I asked for a garlic butter (1), with my pizza, and this dude had a nerve to try and charge me! After all of that? At this point, I couldn’t do anything but laugh. I was so irritated. They definitely need more workers, workers who actually want to work.

This fiasco started last night on Friday, due to short staff and a long delay we cancelled our order. We decided to give it another try today. I called my order in and spoke to Danielle to make sure there were no delays. She took my order over the phone: Medium Pan Pizza, Alfredo sauce, Phily steak, Mushrooms and Green Peppers. I even repeated the order to verify what I wanted. There were a few other items as well. I realized a few mins later after I got off the phone that I forgot to give my payment info so I called back and got someone else. They took the info and I thought all was well. much to my surprise, the order showed up without payment info attached and 10mins later a 2nd delivery arrived and I had to tell them it was already delivered??? Well, we sat down to eat and discovered the pizza was not only spilled in the box, but PINEAPPLE was also on our pizza! Dinner was ruined, the Wife got upset as if I bungled dinner. “No problem, Dominos has insurance”, I said! It took over an hour to get someone to answer over there and when I asked to speak to the manager and asked for his name, He said, “I am not obligated to give you my name for safety reasons” (My Wife heard this) I let him know that I was an upset customer and the website said the Manager on duty was JOSHUA. He was rude and less than professional. I asked for a refund and instead of offering the insurance replacement, he just told me to throw the pizza in the trash. I will NEVER order from Dominos again!!!

Last night my son placed his order for 2 pizzas for $5.99 at 7:50pm. At 8:27pm, the dominos tracker indicated the pizzas were complete. You would think the order would then get delivered. NOPE! then at 9:19pm it says the driver left with your pizzas. They didn’t get to our house until 10:17!! We live in Abingdon, barely 10 minutes away from the place! Do yourself & all of us a favor, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! The pizza was hard from sitting all that time & they didn’t even bother to cut his one pizza in slices. I can’t believe this level of service actually happened. They never even apologized to him! NO STARS!! Dominos, you should be ashamed!

Young lady 6/10/2022 at 8:30pm was very rude. Left me on hold because I requested to speak to the manger. Order pizza online as I always do from my recent orders was made incorrectly the extra sauce was poured on top of the pizza. I never have had extra sauce on top of my pizza. Pizza was made wrong so therefore I should have my pizza free refunded. We did not want the pizza that was improperly made. Manager said refund us, she refunded us but had a very nasty and rude attitude. I hope they find better help as I usually have a good experience at this location and this was the first. I mean she was nasty so this review was very necessary
