Pizza itself and the service was great. Was excited to introduce a friend to Jet’s after living somewhere that didn’t have the franchise for a few years. Was very disappointed in the value for the money. At $18 (plus tip), our four-corner “large” (measures approximately 6″ x 6″) pizza quite possibly represented the poorest value of any pie we’ve had from any franchise. Simply stated, it wasn’t an $18 pizza.

Awesome pizza and wings! I have never been to a Jets Pizza besides this location and I have to say the best pizza we have ever eaten in a while. Jets has a unique blend of herbs that make their pizza pop! They have daily specials as well like 2 huge slices of cheese or pepperoni with a soda for like $7. Also let me just mention they have their location pretty widespread from Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Brooklyn Park and New Hope. I have tried just about everything on their menu from cheese bread, breadsticks, wings and of course pizzas. Something about their pizza just gives me that warm feeling and satisfies my hunger. It’s very unique how it stands out from the other major pizza chains out there. If you’re looking for great pizza and comfort food, stop by and you will be blown away. It’s a neat and clean restaurant with fast service. I will be back soon, thank you for your amazing service and keep up the great work!

Pizzas seem a little expensive, otherwise the two small we had were good…cheese for one and Hawaiian the other. We enjoyed their large cookie. There website wasn’t working properly for me when I used to order. It gave me amount, address, and pickup time, except, when I went at assigned time they had no pizzas ready and claimed they had not received the order??

The pizza was hard as a rock ( picked it up on time ) and they messed up one of the pizzas, I spent over 100$ on a big order for my shop and I called them with my complaint and whoever I spoke to was super rude and said my pizzas were “ hard as hell because we left them on the heating rack “. They didn’t even apologize , I’ve gotten jets pizza from other locations and they’re always good but I do not recommend this location, rude employees and terrible pizza.

So sad – we order from here all the time but today I had to wait 2 1/2 hours and the pizza had not even left the facility. And not only that when I called for a refund I basically was yelled at by the manager because they are understaffed with delivery drivers – which I understand but when I called 1 1/2 hours in to check on it, it would have been nice to know they weren’t going to be able to deliver it and I could have come and picked it up. Instead now I get to wait three days and cross my fingers and hope that I get a refund… and still don’t get to eat dinner. Bummer, because we usually love jets, but it’s unfortunate when the time something does go wrong management doesn’t care to communicate.
