I love papa Johns! My daughter is obsessed with the stuff crust .. when we want pizza this is are go to spot . I wish I can keep giving you guys 5 starts but the last order and this that I just received have been really disappointing. My wings don’t even have Buffalo sauce ! Their only drizzled on, and the pizza is supper thing from the center that when I pick it up everything falls off of it .( my daughter attached everything that fell lol ) Same issue with the last order . Okay so it’s a pizza place, the food is decent. The people are nice and it’s an okay area. Not a lot of parking though which makes it a bit tough to stop and grab your food, but it’s okay. Pizza so I ordered probably once a month. I think this is better than most chain pizzas here and they’re always pretty quick for delivery.

Went in today at 5:15 p pizza was undercooked. Customer service is horrible. It wasn’t busy. Although my tracker said pizza was ready for pick up I was told by store employees I had to wait 5 minutes. After waiting 15 min , another employee asked what my name was and found my order waiting on pick up rack. I asked how long it had been there and he could not provide an answer. HORRIBLE experience. Won’t be back

IF COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE. Ordered 3 pizzas on Halloween at about 2pm for a 5:30pm delivery (first time slot available). Did not receive them until 8:30pm. No call, no email, no text letting me know my order would be late. I understand late, but 3 hours??? Tried calling to find out what was going on but I could not find an option on the automated menu to actually talk to someone. The people I had over and were feeding couldn’t stay that long so I ended up with at least 2 pizzas I did not even need. I love Papa John’s pizza but just from this experience I will not give them my business ever again. Shame on you guys! This is how you loose customers not keep them.

Just ate the worst pizza it wasn’t as good as the frozen ones from staters. I understand no contact delivery but leaving it in the porch and not knocking ti let us know made it cool and rock hard. I had to soak it it the butter sauce to soften it up. Just what I wanted after working on my hands and knees all day.
