If you go, make sure to go in person! Every single time I have ordered out from this place they get the order wrong. And they usually will not include sides like chips or anything. I feel like since they know it’s being delivered that people aren’t going to drive back to the location to complain so they don’t take care with your order. Furthermore, they usually won’t get my order right in store. I absolutely hate onions, so whenever I order one of their potatoes I’ll ask for it without onions and every time they gave it to me with onions. The only time they didn’t was when I just told them I was allergic to onions to get it without onions – which they finally did give it to me without onions. Once you get over the fact that your order most likely will be wrong, their food is pretty good. I like almost all of their different potatoes, and I love their French dip sandwich. However, the fact that they get my food wrong always makes me more disinclined to visit.

The food here is delicious but this McAlister’s has the best waitstaff I have ever seen. They are friendly and fast and so pleasant when you give them your order. I love their potato salad and chicken salad sandwich and their brookie dessert (half brownie/half cookie) and their sweet tea is better thank Bojangles is! Do yourself a favor and swing on in. Also recommend the Angus sandwich or a loaded spud!

My friends and I decided to meet for lunch. I hadn’t been in so long. One friend had never been. I’m always upset that they had gotten rid of my favorite so I always just recreate it. The food was so delicious. I had the choose 2 which is the best of two worlds. I got the spud and a salad. The service was lacking though. There were tons of employees behind the counter. We waited for several minutes. The employees didn’t seem to be busy, but no one acknowledged us. Then the young lady that brought us our food had such a sour look on her face. She placed the food and almost immediately disappeared as we were trying to ask for things. We went to the counter to ask. She brought those items, but we had realized we still needed things, but again she disappeared. So back to the counter we went. Usually, an an employee would ask “is there anything else”. Then no one ever came to refill our drinks. We had to go to the counter to get them ourselves. Guess it was just an off day.

Thank you to McAlister’s Deli I was unable to get something to eat on my lunch break. I ordered the food online ahead of time. I get to the restaurant for them to tell me they are out of spuds. I didn’t get any notification online that this particular site was out of them. I didn’t get an email or call from the restaurant to ask if I wanted to substitute it for something else. If you are setup to do online orders you should have the ability to zero out items that’s unavailable instead of taking orders that you can’t fill and then I have to wait 3 business days for a refund because the district manager has to be notified of the refund. A complete waste of time.

Do not eat here they have ROACHES. I found roach legs in my salad & I was so very disgusted because I was down to the bottom & had done eaten most of it. They gave me a full refund, But I’m still upset & people need to know. I was told to send my video to them & it couldn’t be their fault because their lettuce comes pre washed. I will never eat here again & neither should anyone. Also very pricey I spent over $40 for a salad, soup, spud, & sandwich.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. The old lady with short dark hair was very rude to me and other customers. I’m a very shy soft spoken person and she very loudly and rudely said in-front of everyone in the restaurant “I can’t hear you”. I felt so embarrassed and I honestly just wanted to leave the restaurant at that point.

Staff has always been amazing every time I came and the place is always clean, but the food is horrible…if you have the nerve to charge someone $15 for a club sandwich at least put a WHOLE piece of bacon on it and don’t scrunch up the meat to make it look like we’re getting more than we actually do…the wheat bread is disgusting and they stack 3 pieces of bread onto one sandwich…so basically your paying $15 for bread ..

Went for lunch today and the person who took our order told us it would take 20 min to get our food. It ended up taking 40 min. Our orders were completely wrong. I ordered half Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and half Country Potato Soup. My half sandwich did not have avocado or bacon and I was not told that they were out of any of those items. We also had a half Ham and Cheese Melt and half Country Potato Soup as well as another whole Ham and Cheese Melt. Apparently when they took our order they only got 2 out of the 3 orders so one of us was without food. We didn’t want to wait another 15 min for another sandwich. Everyone around us in the restaurant had to send their food back too because they were getting everyone’s order wrong.
