I want to give them a better review I really do… However… My order is almost never correct, I mobile order so I can see that it was entered correct, as what I wanted… Its also cold or undercooked half the time… Then last night they just canceled my entire order because they said they didn’t have time to bring it… It was one sandwich; I’m 5 minutes away; I always tip nice; and they didn’t close for an hour… I’m kinda fed up with hoping it will be like that one time that it was amazing a year ago at this point… My orders get smaller and it is because I’m not going to keep paying them for the wrong things over and over and smiling and pretending they did a good job, because they haven’t for a long time now…

Placed a order and the people on the phone assumed I called them a c*** when hanging up the phone when in fact, I did not receive a call back questioning about it told them I didn’t say anything got off the phone and then received a call from the owner telling me how I’m not allowed to order any more food from them so I said that’s fine. Want to be that way I’ll just cancel my order and want my money back between people assuming stuff down there reckless drivers. I have ran me off the road multiple times or not being able to understand them on the phone and cocky people it is very poor customer service, and I would not recommend it to anyone

Pizza was good. It was different than the other crossroads in that they put the pepperoni on top the the cheese which is better in my opinion. We recently got party trays for a party and we pre ordered the delivery was right on with the scheduled time so 5 stars we were pleased with this locations performance and service

Had to wait over 2 hours for my food manager clearly can’t do her job called 2 times and 3rd time askked her for my money back since I waited for 2 hours and she didn’t wanna refund. Would recommend retraining her so she can learn to do her job in a more timely manner

It’s a bit pricey, but delicious. Their crust is perfect; thick and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which you don’t find in too many local shops where I live in Columbus where the default is bland, tavern-cut thin crust. Good sauce and toppings, flavorful pepperoni, and surprisingly devoid of excess grease.

While I no longer live in the NE Ohio area, I get back once in a while for visits. I’ve had Crossroads Pizza before and always thought it was “good” to “very good.” This last time it was extraordinary – one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and that’s in quite a few decades of eating pizza.

Small town feel, GREAT FOOD, a menu with plenty to choose from. Delivery time is EXTREMELY reasonable, I’ve never waiting longer than the estimated delivery time I was given. In fact , 99% of the time, my order has been earlier than expected. From ordering to the delivery service, 5 stars!
