Why can’t I have vegetables on the Slim sandwiches? They are the perfect size for me, but a dry sandwich is not good, I am not even allowed condiments, except for mustard packets. I have even offered to pay extra. I am sure there are others who would appreciate veggies and condiments, as well.

Not impressed. This place is less than a mile away from me and our order was to be delivered at 11. 11:10 rolls by and I call to see what’s going on. Apparently one of the drivers locked their keys in their car. Whatever it happens I get it. BUT it is now 11:33 and still no food. We are on a strict schedule at work. Fix the problem JJ. Either give the sandwiches for free or at least throw in a few free cookies. Freaky fast my a**!!

We had a chance to eat at the Jimmy John’s near 70th and A Street. The bread was cold not toasted the service was probably acceptable to potato chips tasted stale the bread tasted stale a very very poor experience will not go back again

Ordered a Large drink but when handed a small the cashier said “You did not order a large” in a VERY rude tone. Ummm… I know what I ordered. She could have said, “Oh, I didn’t hear that” Instead she was accusatory and RUDE!. Also, the sandwich has very hard bread. We eat at Jimmy Johns once a week and have never had this terrible experience before. Very disappointed.

Not fast at all. I had the worst experience today with the restaurant on A st. Put an order for my kid who was having dance rehearsals and I was too far and she likes Jimmy John’s. I received a notification that the food was on its way to be delivered. My daughters break time came and went and it was not until almost an hr later that she received her food from the restart LITERALLY across the street from her school.

Ordered delivery – they brought everything other than a bag of chips. I called and they said they could “write my name and number down” for next time, but couldnt send their delivery driver back because “they’re too busy”. She then gave me a number to call about a refund and nobody answered and I was unable to leave a message. Last time I order from this location. Also took an hour to get my food.
