We got some rolls from here. They were good.. Thai tea is amazing! It’s not the typical Thai food u expect but great and served with a lot of love! The owner was so kind! She gave us samples for everything and then in the end gave us free dessert! Loved the service and great pit stop!!

So, I got lost in the TX hill country. I come across a little Thai food truck on a 2 lane FM road. I’m glad I stopped! Mrs. Moon is wonderful, She is so nice. Her location is easy to access, clean, and has a nice picnic area to sit and eat. Her food is some of the best Thai I have in a long time. Now that I know where she is located, I will go out of my way to go back. Best Hill County Thai food!!! Hidden gem for sure.

Holy moly this food is absolutely delicious. Seriously the ingredients are so fresh and the flavor is amazing. I love the Larb ‘Taco’ especially – think Chicken Salad but with an Asian twist. But if that’s not your thing then they have plenty of other options. Another of my go to meals is the Chicken Lemongrass roll. I can’t wait to try the curries. I’ve heard those are really good, too. If you haven’t checked this place out then it’s definitely time. Ivori and Moeun (pronounced “Moon”) are wonderful owners as well – they always remember my name (maybe that just means I go to there too much) and always ask about my family, too. Go support a local small business!

I think one lady is trying to do too much. The Papaya rolls were individually wrapped in plastic, very soggy. I assume prepared in advance. The ingredients seemed to be of high quality. Ill wait for cold weather and return to try their Pho.
