It took 34 minutes to get 2 sandwiches out of the drive thru. The food was wrong when it got here and was told they’d have to completely remake it in order to take the pickles off and it would be another 12 minutes. This is the 3rd and last time we’re coming here it’s always a ridiculous wait for food that’s been sitting for hours.

I have been to a few Popeyes in the Omaha area and this one is by far the best. I didn’t even go at a peak time! It was a late dinner and the sandwich was cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was so cheesy. I will make the drive from west Omaha to here for Popeyes from now on. The store people were also very friendly.

We didn’t get a few items we paided for, we had a choice between reg. or spicy chicken with one meal and the gal was in such a pushy hurry, I didn’t get a chance to pick. We were in town from Fremont, if we wanted regular fried chicken, we have a KFC here in Fremont. When someone is handing us our bag, we assume you have checked everything going in. We check anyhow. We paid $12 plus for a meal with no sides. So basically, 12.00 for a few pieces of chicken. So disappointed after waiting to go here for months.

The computer system seems to always go down durning rush hour. I went into the restaurant to order rice and biscuits and I overheard a young lady behind the counter saying “thank god the system went down now these people can go home and cook”. What she fail ti realize is that if it wasn’t for “these people” coming in and buying food she would not have a job. It was the audacity for me. I also recommend cleaning the restaurant doors due to the fact both were covered in visible hands prints all over the windows. Yuck

I would give zero if it was an option. Hadn’t had Popeyes for years got a coupon and decided to give it a try. I ordered my meal advised the young man of my coupon. Get to the window and he asked the manager how to deal with the coupon. She rudely said she have told you she had a coupon. I heard it but decided to let it go. Then the manager Meagan told me in the future you need to tell us when there is a coupon. Well that is normally what a person with a coupon does and that is exactly what I did. I informed her as such . Then she proceeds to tell me to calm down she was training him. Ok train your staff don’t reprimand the customers for you lack of experience to train anyone. Who trained her in customer service apparently no one!! So needless to say I won’t be back.

They don’t show a charge for sauce in their drive thru menu. But when you buy a 8pc classic chicken. The bean counters will get you for about .50 per packet.
