What an awesome place! I came across this place when I used to tan and they used to sell this in the tanning salon. The tanning place closed down and they also got a new owner and quit selling this and I went online to find them again. I am so glad I did. The food is amazing, filling, and it is made with natural nutrition and low calories to help me meal prep and watch my weight . It’s nice when they have 20% off it does get expensive however, totally worth it. This place has been the best that I have ever tried. I am so blessed that they are now in Merced. Thank you so much I will definitely be back ordering again soon.

The owner is very unprofessional. His girlfriend, the manager uses the same low quality work ethics.. I called with an issue to my incorrect order, related to allergies, and management refused to work with me in any way to fix THEIR own error. After posting a Yelp review, I began receiving threats from “random” people on all my social media accounts. Unfortunately, we don’t have many options in the area for food prep so people use this company as a last resort.

Great tasting meals, especially for busy people who need to loose weight. However, customer service is lacking. The food is supposed to be delivered no more than 3 days after placing the order. After 6 days, I called on my order only to find out that they don’t deliver to my house even though I’m within range. They had no plans to contact me and let me know of this, instead I had to request a refund.

If I could leave no stars, I would.. buuut, being forced to leave one. I made an order on a Monday- which was clearly my fault for not reading the “How it works”.. I emailed them right away and once I got an email back from “Chef Martin” he explained to me that he would cancel my order.. I thanked him for the cancellation. I noticed I was still charged. I reached out to my bank and they asked me to reach out once more.. Reached out a second time, no response.. Reached out a third time, no response. Called, no response. A delivery driver called me and stated he was outside a building with my order.. I let him know I was not there and that I spoke with a man who said he would cancel the order.. At this rate, it isn’t even about the money, it’s about the lack of poor communication. I can’t imagine doing this to my clients. I’m in the finance industry, but this clearly doesn’t add up. I wanted to use them in the future, but having this lack of poor communication isn’t cutting it.. I didn’t even want to leave a bad review, but maybe I’ll get a response back.. Lol.
