I’ve never been here and thought of giving this food a shot since coworkers wanted to eat breakfast here. All the neat things from back in the day was pretty neat when you walk in. It has a country at grandparent’s home kind of feeI. I thought the food here was just okay. I understand they were pretty slammed for a Sunday, but it just wasn’t great in general. Comfort food in general is pretty bland, and everyone knows that. To that, add super long wait time for food and mediocre food and forget a few things from the waitress, and you’ll lose a customer. My coworker wanted well done Sunny-Side up and she received scrambled. I wanted Well Done Hashbrown casserole and the waitress forgot. When she brought it for me, it was just a regular hashbrowns. I ordered the sampler with 2 sides (Chicken Dumpling and Mac N Cheese). My chicken and shrimp was overcooked. Mac N Cheese was bland and not broiled. On the plus side, Biscuits tasted on the fresh side.

Used to love Cracker Barrel, but the quality of the ingredients has gone down. I ordered the grilled chicken salad-it was iceberg lettuce only, no longer giving cheddar wedge pieces, croutons stale and very limited toppings. This used to be a very nice salad but the poor/cheap quality of the salad items for the price was not up to CB standards. The server never asked if I wanted more coffee focusing more on giving me my bill. With inflation costs of food when going out to eat, one would expect a better quality experience.

We were greeted at the door with a smile and had Dennie as our waitress. She’s amazing! She’s soft spoken and made sure we were good throughout our meal. My partner and I loved her service! Corporate if you’re reading this, you have an excellent employee here! Dennie is awesome!

Our food was better than it had been in previous times. However our problem was with the service. So our waitress who I don’t even recall if she gave us her name when it was time for us to pay, husband paid with $100 bill. His total was $61.51. He was supposed to get back $38.49. The waitress did not give him the change. I know this might seem a little adolescent but it’s the principal. Give me my money and the right amount of change. Don’t jip me. Times are too hard to be dipping anybody of their money. So since she decided to keep back to $.49 that was her tip.

Waitress was awesome unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Food was pretty good, I move their biscuits. I tried a new grilled chicken dish that they have and it was filling. Felt like I was eating a real home cooked meal.

Hope was a fantastic server! Food was good. The only downside was the checkout counter. The atmosphere at the counter wasn’t very friendly. Had to wait an exorbitant amount of time to pay our bill: not sure why the delay in service cuz we were the only ones at the counter AND the women wasn’t doing anything but staring at us. Will consider coming back ONLY because of the excellent, attentive service by Hope.

The restaurant was very busy, but the receptionist was very organized and got us seated within 5 minutes. Our server was a young lady named Ashley, who was very very nice, and did an excellent job not only with my wife and I but others seated in her section. The food was wonderful and bountiful. Definitely will stop again if we’re ever in the area.

Used to love Cracker Barrel but will NOT be stopping at this location again and more than likely any other location either. Not a great experience at all and to make it worse, when i was offered to voice my concerns to management, which I took the opportunity to do, he (the on-duty manager) seemed very uninterested in our conversation and as if he were only standing in front of me because he had to as part of his job duties.

Waited 20 minutes and no one came over to even get our drink order. We do not have a Cracker Barrel near our house, so my wife was really looking forward to going here. However, it wasn’t busy and we got seated right away. The hostess that seated us was not very friendly and after the 20 minutes we just got up and left. Really disappointed, we ended up going across the street to Texas Roadhouse.
