Was overcharged for drinks. Ordered 2 Watermelon Raspberry Refreshers. We asked for a little more of the Watermelon flavoring and was charged $1 extra. The item they charged us for was a “cup for pup”. Took a long time and associate was not helpful. Will never come back to this location. Long wait times and associate was not helpful.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in. On July 3rd in the early morning I walk in , two people were standing there, never acknowledged me . I finally said can I place an order and one girl walked over to me, she never smiled, no pleasantries, she said what do you want. I was pretty taken aback but I gave her my order. She finally brought it to the counter and just stared at me. I said how much? I’ve never had to pull teeth to pay for a product . So today we were late heading out of town and my husband wanted some donuts, I told him not to go to that Dunkin Donuts store because they were aweful but he ignored me. He came out with the food and was so mad. He said 3 people were at the counter but they also ignored him, when he got out to the car the order was all messed up. He said I’m not going back in there, they were so rude. If I was this store owner I’d fire all of them! Just saying!!!!

Incompetent slow seemingly shoveled off the streets. Slow, and steady doesn’t always win the race. Tops of coffee never on correctly. And God forbid you order a donut with frosting… unless you enjoy licking your bag I wouldn’t suggest it.

Used to be a well run shop but not anymore. Long wait time and several times no one will help you in the drive thru. The last few times, the staff have been pretty rude. Just went there and they are closed but no sign or anything. Seriously, how hard is it to put up a sign “closed”?!

I used to drive out of my way to visit this location. Now, plan on waiting 15 minutes for a coffee, if you even get the chance to order. The inside lobby is consistently closed and the drive thru is 10 cars deep. If you do happen to roll up to order without the long line, you’ll still find yourself waiting for your order that is typically incorrect as you see the staff chatting carelessly in the back.

Although there is always a price to pay for convenience I feel as though if you’re striving for efficiency then you may want to add more people on a shift. I used to go out if my way to come to this particular dunkins because it was the only one in Sturbridge that consistently got my order correct. As of lately every single time I’ve gone it’s been incorrect or something is missing. So I will just go to Cumberlands or McDonald’s for my coffee.
